As midnight slowly approaches
Loud crackles
Bright lights
Can be seen outside a window
A time for new beginnings
Another year approaching
What shall happen this year
No one shall know
But we can choose what will happen
Will you bring happiness
To those around you
Will you decide to face your fears
What ever you decide
I hope you enjoy it
For every year
We wish for the best
To hope that we are on the right path
Today is the time
The time for new beginnings
For this I shall say
To you, you and everyone
I hope you have a happy new year
For you deserve a new beginning
