I am trying to draw more of the Elsword 3rd job classes but some of them are kind of hard to draw because their so detailed. Most of the job classes are are anyway but you know what I mean right?
____________________________________Sleep was something that (y/n) found herself missing lately. After leaving home a week and a half ago, she had managed to teleport herself to Ruben where she found a decent inn to stay in until she figured out a better arrangement. Most of her time was spent creating elixirs and potions to be sold in secret. She made her buyers promise not to tell anyone that there was an alchemist in town. If word got out, Add would surely be able to find her.
(Y/n) left her room with Add's jacket on to keep her from missing him too much. As she made her way towards the stairs that led to the lobby, she was completely surprised to see Add himself waiting for her. She froze as soon as she saw him and he saw her as well so there was no running this time. She could tell that he was holding back his relief to keep from scaring her away. She didn't hesitate to walk to him, trapping him in a hug that he returned. "I'm bringing you home, and you can't say no," he softly spoke. (Y/n) almost wanted to say no as a joke, but instead she kept quiet and followed after Add s he led her downstairs.
The first thing she had noticed was that he wasn't wearing his usual eyepatch. Once they were in the lobby, she noticed Esper walk in and Add did nothing. Esper stared at her too and so the three of them just stared while the receptionist at the front desk pretended to mind her own business. "If one of you doesn't say something in the next minute, I'm going to leave you here," Esper muttered, his gaze specifically falling on (y/n).
"How long have you known my location?" she asked.
"Four days," Add replied instead of Esper who (y/n) had meant to answer.
"Is he here to kill me?" (y/n) asked gesturing to Esper, now wanting Add's answer, although she highly doubted the answer was yes. Esper would have already attacked her right?
"No. He isn't going to harm you. He's actually here to make sure you don't die," Add said.
"No, I'm here to make sure you don't bring her back, but look at how that turned out. I might as well go back to the future and wait for my memories to change to reflect this new past. I forgot to mention that I'd relive (y/n)'s death and I swear if you let her kill you, I'm going to come back in time as a ghost and haunt your ass for the rest of your life and you know I hate ghosts!" Esper said to Add with his voice slightly raised.
"Let me kill you? What is he talking about Add?" (y/n) inquired.
"That's why I'm here. Well, it's one of the reasons. We need to talk somewhere else,"Add said, obviously referring to the receptionist that was still pretending to mind her own business but was actually listening in on their conversation.
(Y/n) was hesitant to go anywhere with someone who had tried to kill her and Add surely noticed. He held his hand out to her. "Trust me," he assured. (Y/n) walked over to his outstretched hand and took it. What she didn't expect was for Add to pull her to him and hug her again.
"Stop doing everything by yourself. I let you help me, so it's your turn to let me help you," Add said into her ear. He then released her but kept one of his hands in her own and pulled her along with him. Esper followed after them as they left the inn.
"Are we going home now?" (y/n) asked as they walked.
"No, not yet. We're going to go anywhere you want to go first," Add said.
"But I want to go home," (y/n) said, unsure as to why Add had spoken such strange words.
"Are you sure there's nowhere else in all of Elrios that you don't want to visit? I promise I'll explain everything on the way there, but there must be somewhere that you want to go," Add said. (Y/n) didn't like the fact the there was something she didn't know so she read Add's mind to figure out what it was but regretted doing so. She stopped in her tracks and let go of Add's hand. Luckily, there was no one around to witness the conversation that was about to take place.
"Why didn't you just tell me that I'm going to die?" she asked him with tears in her eyes. Add faced her but said nothing, already knowing what she had done. She now knew that Add just wanted to spend as much time with her as he could while trying to figure out a way to stop her death.
"I didn't want you worrying. Honestly, I just wanted you to be happy," Add explained without making eye contact with her. She was a little surprised that his reason for not telling her about her death was the same reason that (y/n) had stayed with Add all this time. Well that and she also really loved him but he already knew that. They didn't have to tell each other since they automatically just knew.
"How long do I have?" (y/n) asked. She wanted to think things through rather than simply reacting.
"I don't know. Esper didn't tell me," Add said as he turned to Esper who was watching them.
"Just a few months from now when you turn nineteen. She snaps for some reason and tries to kill you. I've tried to stop it from happening already, but as you can see, that hasn't worked," Esper nonchalantly explained.
Add shot Esper a glare and said, "Stop being so damn insensitive." Esper rolled his eyes at him but said nothing in response.
"Wait so if I'm the one that snaps and tries to kill you, then that means..." (y/n) said once she realized the truth.
"It doesn't turn out that way every time. The very first time, yes, I killed you because I had no choice, but after that, it wasn't always me that ended your life," Esper said before Add could even try explaining. (Y/n) shook her head in disbelief and denial.
"You killed her more than once?!" Add said in surprise for even he hadn't known about this excluded detail of Esper's story.
"I had no choice," Esper said in his defense. "I almost couldn't kill her those times that I came back to the past because I couldn't stand the despair anymore," Esper said.
"I don't care," (y/n) suddenly spoke up.
"Excuse me?" Esper said as both he and Add looked at her.
"I said I don't care. That's no excuse. Why should you care if I live or not if you already have so much blood on your hands," she said. Her eyes had turned red and her psychic energy was becoming visable.
"(Y/n)...your eyes," Add muttered but she ignored him and kept talking.
"Why are you even here? If my death really is unavoidable, why do you keep trying to save me? What makes you think that getting more blood guilt is going to lead to you saving me?" (y/n) said. Esper stared right at her but said nothing. "Answer me," she growled. Esper looked away from her before actually saying anything.
"I may not have loved you but I still cared. Now, I'm not so sure what it is that I keep trying to save you for," he said. (Y/n)'s eyes lost their red color and her energy dissipated.
"You've lost yourself. You wanted to save your mother but you also wanted to save me. You cared more for your mother, but you weren't able to save her so you made it your mission to save me and now you're failing at that too. You're literally began losing your ability to care...but when you started coming back into the past to kill me, you changed things and now you're starting care again," (y/n) said after reading Esper's mind. He and Add gave her a 'how did you know that look' and continued to stare at her a bit longer.
"We should come up with a legitimate plan to save you. I don't want to see you die again." Esper turned away from them and walked away.
"I think I might know someone who can help," (y/n) said before Esper got too far. He and Add stopped to look back at her. "She doesn't live too far from here."
