(Y/n) led the way to the alchemy shop that she used to live in. "I still don't see how Echo will be of any help. Aren't you already an alchemist?" Esper mumbled as they walked.

"Yes, I'm already an alchemist, but we're visiting Echo because we need a different perspective of things. With a different opinion from a different point of view, maybe we can figure something out. Echo's pretty smart you know," (y/n) reasoned. Add just kept silent, deep in thought. (Y/n) didn't dare read his mind either because she didn't want to find out anything else that she might not want to know. As they made their way through the not so large Elder crowds, (y/n) looked around remembering all the times she would walk Elder's streets.

"(Y/n), you're humming that tune again," Add pointed out.

"Huh? I was?" (y/n) asked, not even realizing that she had been humming. It must have been an unconscious reaction.

"You didn't have to stop. You could have kept going," Esper spoke. His words surprised both (y/n) and Add, but neither of them said anything. (Y/n) just shrugged and hummed the music box's tune once more. She hadn't noticed that ahead of her, someone had turned around after hearing her and began to push through the small crowd towards her.

"(Y/n)?" the person asked and suddenly became visible to them. (Y/n) froze in confusion as did Add and Esper. "It is you. You're not dead," the person said with tears in their eyes. They pulled (y/n) into a hug and kissed her cheek while the group was still in shock.

"Hey, what the hell do you think you're doing?!" Add hissed as he snapped back into reality and pulled (y/n) away from this "stranger". He kept her in his own hold all while glaring at this newcomer. Esper glared too and had his dynamos ready to attack as did Add. There were already two of them...

"I'm here to warn you. If you idiots haven't noticed already I'm you from the future but Esper from the past," the "stranger" growled. He looked exactly like Add except he actually wore an eyepatch and was about an inch taller.

"That doesn't mean you can just come out of nowhere and take (y/n) without any sort of explanation," Esper growled. (Y/n) just looked between the Adds still in confusion. Why was this even possible? She knew time travel could make this sort of thing happen, but this was just ridiculous.

"(Y/n) dies in two weeks. That's enough of an explanation. Whatever Echo tells you doesn't work. I've gone back in time to figure things out and I'm not failing this time," the new Add said.

Add only held on to (y/n) tighter. "Two weeks? But I don't turn nineteen until..." Add was saying.

"Esper changed a lot of things when he came back in the past, including (y/n)'s expiration date. I suggest you listen to everything I have to say before you make a choice that you'll regret thousands of times over." Add and Esper where silent giving the new one the opportunity to talk to (y/n). "And sorry about that. I couldn't help it after seeing you alive again. I promise not to do it again." He flashed her a slight smile which brought another glare from Add.

"It's okay," (y/n) mumbled. She felt uneasy at the moment now that there were three Adds present, two of which she knew for sure held a significant degree of affection for her.

"Alright then. We'll listen to you, but if you try anything..." Add warned.

"I won't," the new Add cut him off. "You can call me Time to keep things from getting confusing. Let's go." He turned and walked off expecting them to follow behind.

"Who said that you were in charge?" Esper muttered.

Time heard him and replied, "If you want her to live then you'll follow me. If not, you'll be giving her a one way ticket to death." (Y/n) could tell just how annoyed Add had gotten at himself in such a short period of time as he decided on what to do. He ended up following after Time, but kept his hand intertwined with (y/n)'s. Esper followed as well. The two of them were both glaring holes into the back of Time's head.

"If we ride the Cobo Express, we can discuss my plan on the way back home," Time stated.

"You already have a plan you say? But did you make sure that it will work? I've gone through plans that I thought would work but in the end, she still died." Esper was obviously skeptical.

"I've gone back and investigated in the past and figured out why her eyes turn red. Did you think of doing that?" Time said. Esper didn't say a word.

"I've also formed two theories to cure her of the disease but in one of them she'll lose her psychic ability and forget us completely if it works. She'll be cured but won't remember anything which is the cost for that particular theory. In the second theory, (y/n) gets put into a dreamless sleep until the disease that she has gets cured although that could take an eternity. The moment she wakes up and her disease isn't safely gotten rid of, she'll snap in an instant and history will simply repeat itself once more. So far, I haven't been able to choose which one since both hold major risks, but these are the only possibilities that I've found will work," Time elaborated.

"Are you sure there's no other plan of action that doesn't lead to my death?" (y/n) asked. Time stopped walking and faced her.

"You're life has become one of the things I treasure the most in this twisted world. I would never lie to you," Time softly spoke and then he resumed his walk.

"So there's a way to save her now, but she'll forget us and there's a way to save her later if we even live long enough to save her. I'm not liking those odds," Esper reiterated.

"They're our only options if we want to succeed. I've seen (y/n) die too many times for me to allow another failure." Time seemed to be in a state similar to Esper which rose a question that needed to be answered.

"You didn't kill her too did you?" Add asked. (Y/n) was glad that he had said it instead of her. They were almost to the Cobo Express now, but stopped when the question was asked.

"No. I would never dare do so. She took her own life to save my own. Thanks to Esper changing the past a little, (y/n) was able to fight off the disease, her alter ego, long enough to stop herself from harming me. She wasn't able to remain in control anymore and she knew that so she... There have been times when others have killed her as well, but I don't want to make any enemies with that group so I won't mention them by name," Time explained.

"You keep saying that I have a disease and just now you mentioned an alter ego. What exactly is wrong with me?" (y/n) asked. Add had made Esper pay for the train tickets and they had just got on and found their seats when that questionwas asked. Add and (y/n) shared a spot with Time and Esper on the other side.

"Well, for starters...you aren't even from my real time period," Time said.
