Yeah I got nothin...
____________________________________[Excerpts of (Y/n)'s Past 3]
Sleep? What is sleep? How could he sleep when he felt nothing but regret and emptiness. (Y/n)'s adoptive mother didn't break him yesterday as she thought she would which Add temporarily found funny since she seemed so frustrated about it. He was now in the corner of the white room with his head resting on the glass. He could see that cursed woman heading his way, but what caught his attention was what she was holding. It was one of his dynamos and the rest must have been nearby because it was still slightly illuminated.
"You know what this is, I'm sure. Show me how to use it and the rest of them and you can live. Otherwise, we'll figure it out ourselves and you'll just die," she said when she stopped in front if the glass.
Add looked at her out of the corner of his eyes. "You couldn't use them even if you wanted to. They're connected to me only and you don't have the knowledge to understand such an advanced piece of technology," Add flatly answered. The woman frowned at him.
"Oh but you must realize that this is your only chance for survival. Either you make them work or we'll make them work. Those are your options," she rephrased. Add kept silently staring at the dynamo until the woman slammed her fist against the glass. He didn't even flinch. "Hey, I'm talking to you. Don't ignore me," she growled.
"Shut up. I don't want to hear any of your damn offers," Add mumbled. He'd gotten an idea after staring continuously at the pulsing glow of the dynamo. In fact, he was putting his plan into action, waiting for the first sign to show up, and it wasn't long before it did. A shout could be heard from far off and alarms started going off.
"What did you do?" the lady spat, knowing that he must have been the cause. Add only looked at her out of the corner of his eyes, a smirk slightly forming on his face. Two dynamos rounded the corner, heading strait for her. She looked right at them for a moment before realizing that they were coming after her. She yelped and dropped the dynamo in her hand wasting no time in attempting to run. Add didn't allow the dynamos to go after her as tempting as it may have been to see her become a victim.
His only goal was to bring all of his dynamos to him. All he had to do was see one of them. Now that there were three of them floating in front of the glass, he could use them to escape. The glass was at least two inches thick, but it couldn't survive high voltage electrical impulses. The three dynamos present were enough to carry out his plan while he waited for the other three to show up.
Add backed away from the glass and watched as it slowly began to crack. Just when one more of his dynamos showed up, the glass shattered. He stepped out of the enclosure, careful not to cut himself on the broken glass. His other two dynamos were all he needed before he could time travel. Add looked around only finding more white walls and a hallway that led to two different turns.
Before he could decide which way to go, a dynamo came to him from each direction. With all of them present, he immediately began to set the coordinates for his time travel. "Quickly! Shoot him down, now!" the lady from earlier ordered as she rounded one corner with her trained operatives coming from bith sides of the hallway. Maybe he should have killed her first.
Add proceeded with the time travel sequence anyway and went back two weeks before that day just in time. He was greatly relieved when he found (y/n) waiting for him in the corner that he usually sat in. She was not upset and most importantly she was alive. "You're okay," he said with relief, glad that his time jump was successful. It wasn't until his adrenaline faded that he noticed that he was bleeding, but he didn't remember being attacked. Was he attacked?
(Y/n) had noticed his wounds and quickly got up, catching him before he fell forward to the floor. She slowly lowered him to where he could rest, not even asking what had happened. She had his head in her lap and she was running her fingers through his hair. "Everything will be okay. Just rest," she said with a soft voice.
"But I...have to tell you..." he was saying. Panic was starting to flow through him as he feared he wouldn't get to warn her.
"Later. Just rest for now," (y/n) said with the same soft voice while shaking her head at him.
"Its important...if I go to sleep, I'll die," he protested.
"You aren't going to go to sleep, just rest. I'm going to try removing the bullets," (y/n) said. He didn't have to ask how she'd known he had been shot. Besides the fact that it was obvious, she also might have read Add's mind which also meant that she already knew what had happened. He trusted (y/n), so he closed his eyes and rested. The pain of the gunshot wounds soon faded away as if they weren't there.
"Add, this is going to hurt," (y/n) warned. A sudden pain spiraled up Add's side and his eyes shot open. He let out a yelp but as soon as the pain was there, it disappeared. "One down, three more to go," (y/n) said as calmly as she could. Three?! How many times had Add been unknowingly shot?! Again, a sharp excruciating pain made its way through Add's side and again he yelped in pain. Add wondered how he wasn't able to feel anything other than when (y/n) removed the bullets.
It felt like he was being stabbed when (y/n) removed the next bullet. Add bit down on his lip to keep himself from yelping but he couldn't hold back his whimpering. (Y/n) began to run her fingers through his hair again in an attempt to calm him. Then another sharp pain came from Add's other side and he couldn't stop himself from crying out again. "This last one is closer to your heart than the rest. I'm warning you now that you aren't going to like this at all," (y/n) said.
"Just...get it over with," Add pleaded. (Y/n) nodded. Unlike the others, this pain wasn't short and far worse than the others. He held in his cries for as long as he could but failed in the end. When the pain was gone, Add began to hyperventilate against his will. "Calm down. I'm done. I just have to heal you now," (y/n) said as she ran her fingers through Add's hair. He had tears in his eyes and was still hurting from the recently removed bullet.
"It still hurts," Add whimpered, knowing that something was wrong.
"It shouldn't. I stopped your pain receptors from responding as best as I could...unless," (y/n) was saying. Add suddenly felt his control over his own consciousness fading. "No, wake up," she said as she lightly smacked Add's cheek. He was awake now but he was still hurting and wished it would end. (Y/n) seemed to be panicking as she held her hands over the different wounds that Add had. "It's this one that causing the problem. I need to fix it immediately," she muttered to herself. Add was still hyperventilating though, and the pain still hadn't gone away yet.
"I don't want to die yet," Add found himself saying.
"Don't say that. You aren't dying today," (y/n) snapped but immediately went silent when she saw something. She looked Add in the eyes with worry. "You were shot from behind too and I can't take out the bullet without doing more damage. I don't know if I can do this..." (y/n) was saying. She was starting to lose hope and Add could see the tears forming around her eyes as he looked up at her. So far, she was doing her best to just keep him alive by ordering his brain to stop his blood loss. Add took her hand and placed it over his heart. "You can do this," Add weakly reassured.
(Y/n)'s distress did not decrease, but she seemed like she at least had enough stability to keep going. "This is going to hurt, a lot," she warned. Then she held both hands above the spot that she'd have to take the bullet from. For a moment, nothing happened, but seconds after this momentary nothingness, it took place. Add couldn't even try holding in his shout. It was more like a scream of agony and he briefly saw (y/n) wince before he shut his eyes and tried bear through the pain.
After a moment, it was gone, and Add calmed down considerably when (y/n) ran her fingers through his hair again. "You should be okay now. I...I can't heal you while you're awake though. You've lost too much blood so...get some sleep so you can wake up feeling better, okay," (y/n) spoke. She was doing her best to stay calm, but Add could tell, even as his conciousness faded,, that she was seconds away from losing it. Her voice was the last thing that he heard before he fell into a serene sleep.
