30 Nights of Sleepwalking

3rd Point Of View

Lance sleep walked as a kid. The first time he did, his parent's thought he was possessed or something. His mom was going to wake him, but his father stop her. It could have caused harm to Lance. They went to the doctor the next day and he said not so much caffeine and a normal sleep routine needs to be set in place. After a while, Lance stopped sleepwalking. He kind of forgot about it too. Going to space also didn't help his sleepwalking at all. He knew it happened once when they first arrived, but that was from him not sleeping enough and stressing about earth and the war. Lance always tried his best to stop the sleep walking, but it proved to difficult now.

Shiro

I was in bed, sleeping, when I heard my door open. I'm a light sleeper, due to the Galra. I rolled over and saw someone in my doorway. It was dark so I couldn't see well. I felt the bed shift. The person layed down and turned to me. I felt their arm wrap around mine. It was lanky and long. "Lance?" I looked at him. He looked fast asleep. So why did he come to my.....oh. He's a sleep walker. I blushed as his arm wrapped it's self tighter around my arm. I smiled a little at how cute he was. I did have feelings for him after a few months in space. I slowly fell asleep again, Lance, clutching onto my arm.

I woke up to find there was a hour before wake up call. Lance was still clutching onto my arm. I gently picked him up and walked to his room. His room was kind of far. His room, along with Pidge and Keith's, were on the other end of the castle. Mine and Hunk's  were on the other end because the princess wanted us on both ends of the castle in case of an attack. I made it to Lances room and put him to bed. I pulled the blanket up to his shoulders and walked out, turning off the light. An hour later, everyone is in the dining hall enjoying breakfast. I saw Lance who had small bags under his eyes. He grabbed the equivalent to coffee and took a big sip.

The next few weeks, Lance kept sleepwalking to my room and sleeping with me. Some nights, I couldn't fall asleep till he was laying next to me. He was like my teddy bear. Or I'm his? I don't really know. One night, he didn't come to my room. I got nervous and went to see if he was in his room. I opened the door to find his blanket half way off the bed and his bed case almost off completely. I went to go find him.he could get hurt. I went to the bridge and found Lance on the camera. He was heading down the stairs to the training rooms. The pool was also down their. Plus the storage room for other weapons. I pressed the emergency button and was about to run out to get Lance, when I remembered how close Hunk and I's rooms are. "HUNK!" I found him on the cameras in the hallway, tired, but walking over to the wall comms. "Shiro? What's going on?" I saw on another camera, Allura running out of her room. Pidge and Keith were on the comms from their rooms, talking over each other, causing an argument.

"Everyone, Shut Up!" Everyone was quiet. I looked back to the camera and see Lance walking and slightly stumbling down the stairs. "Guys, Lance is a sleep walker. He was fine for the last few weeks though. He was always walking to my room most of the time, but right now he's walking down a flight of stairs." The cameras showed Pidge sitting down and getting on her laptop. "Hunk, right now your the closest to where he is. You need  to stop him." Pidge interrupted me, "but don't wake him up." Keith looked at her and asked "Why?" Pidge explained to him, me catching the conversation on the comms. "Because if you wake a sleep walker, it can cause heart attacks, shock, brain damage, and/or other. Hunk bring a blanket with you. If you can wrap him up with it, he might mistake it for a bed." I ran out with my helmet on to get Lance. "Hey Allura, we have solitary cells, but they are surrounded by nothing," Pidge said, trailing off. I heard Allura gasp at what Pidge said."Allura, what was the gasp for? That's bad isn't it," Hunk said, Freaking out. "There is a bridge in there to get to the cell, but nothing is around. Its a drop to the bottom of the castle." I started running. I heard Hunk running as well.
