"We're glad you're back, hija" malambing niyang sabi at niyakap ako. Dahan-dahan kong itinaas ang kamay ko at yumakap pabalik sakanya.
I miss her...
"Ano po bang meron? May emergency meeting daw sabi ni kuya Marco"
It's been a week... I go back to our house dahil pinatawag ako ni kuya Marco, may kailangan daw pag-usapan dito sa bahay, kahit masakit pa rin sa dibdib ko ang makita sila kailangan kong umuwi dahil hindi naman pwedeng tumakas habang buhay.
"How are you?" Marion asked me. I look away, I know he's upset because I did not even contact him.
"I'm fine, I apologize if I didn't told you where--"
"I understand, I'm glad you're safe"
He pull me closer to him and hug me tight.
"Mira?"
I sigh and let out a heavy breath, Marion let go of me, I look forward and face him.
"Kuya,"
Mabilis akong tumakbo palapit sakanya at niyakap siya ng mahigpit. I don't know what to say, I am mad at him but still, I miss him...
"I missed you" he massage the top of my head.
He's my everything, he stood as our dad, he's the shield of our family, he also sacrifice more than anyone..
"I'm sorry, I won't do that again" malambing na sabi ko.
"Dapat lang, because I won't allow you again" seryoso pero nakangiti niyang sabi. I just smile back and we both walk towards the sala.
"Be strong, kahit ano pang malaman at pag subok na daanan mo, let's all face it together." he smile at me.
I feel nervous again.
"Mag-bibihis lang ako, excuse me" paalam ko. Dumiretso ako paakyat ng hagdan, papunta sa kwarto ko.
"Mira?"
Nag-taas ako ng ulo at tinignan si mama, tipid akong ngumiti at nag-patuloy papunta sa kwarto ko.
I'm not mad at her, ayoko muna siyang kausapin dahil ayokong isipin niya - nila na okay na ang lahat - na wala ng sakit sa puso ko... Ayoko lang maramdaman na binaliwala na nila yung sakit na naramdaman ko.
Mabilis lang akong naligo at pumunta sa walk-in closet, nagsuot ako ng white hanging dress at nag shorts and flat sandals. I look at the mirror before pick my sling bag and walk out from the room. I saw Marion in the end of the staircase.
"Let's go" kinuha niya ang palad ko at inalalayan akong bumaba.

"Just stay here, I'll go to the rest room" paalam ni kuya Marco at umalis na.
Nandito kami ngayon sa isang japanese restaurant kung saan pinili daw ng papa namin.
I wonder why he choose this restaurant, matagal ko na kasing sinasabi sakanya na gusto ko'ng makapag-lunch or dinner sa isang japanese restaurant with my family, I guess that's why?...Whatever.
"Are you alright here?"
Umiwas ako ng tingin at uminom sa orange juice na binigay sa amin.
