My crying soon ceased and became light sniffles as I try to regain my previously strong facade. I don't want to be a downer, putting the team in a bad mood. We'd get nothing done otherwise.

Shiro stopped rubbing my back and sat there in silence. I sat up next to him and looked down at my feet, moving them slightly as if a distraction.

"Thanks." I mumbled, Shiro barely able to hear what I was saying.

"Hm?" He questioned and so I repeated myself, but a bit louder this time.

"Thank you, for being here. For saying what you did. I appreciate it." I said.

He nodded and hummed in reply. After a minute of silence I stood up, about to head out of the room to the kitchen. "Pidge," he called out.

I turned my head to face him. "Just remember, we won't think less of you if you ask for help or get emotional." He smiled slightly. I nodded and walked out of the room. Leaving him alone in his thoughts.
