Detective Conan x reader

Episode 6

You and the rest of the detective boys were at a Kamen Yaiba festival and watching actors preform a fighting scene dressed as Kamen Yaiba and three vilians.

The detective boys were cheering with many other children that were there too.

"Why did we have to come along?" you asked yourself.

You looked over to the others and saw that Conan also was bored.

"Do you two hate Yaiba?" asked Ayumi seeing that we were bored.

"Ah no.. I love it! Go Yaiba! Go" Conan said and panicked a little.

Ayumi smiled then looked at you.

"And you (Y/N), do you like Yaiba?" she asked.

"I don't love nor hate Yaiba. I'm just not really someone that watch much TV" you smiled to her.

"That sounds boring" she pouted. "What do you do when you don't watch Yaiba on TV?"

"I do what I feel for, but mostly I read books" you answered.

"Sounds even more boring" she said and left to watch with Mitsuhiko and Genta.

You shrugged and then saw that Conan was looking at you.

"What? I don't to lie all the time" you said. "And sometimes you have to tell the truth even if you know that the person won't like it so much, because it's the right thing to do"

The show ended and you walked over to the kids. They were talking about how excited they were to take a picture with Yaiba.

You smiled at them at how much freedom they had at their age and them beeing friends and doing things together. Thoughts about your past came into your mind and you could feel tears forming in your eyes, but you didn't let them out.

"(Y/N)?" Conan asked when he saw the sad look on you.

"Huh?" you asked and turned around and tried to smile. "Yes?"

"What's wrong?" Conan asked.

"It's nothing" you said. "Don't worry, just something on my mind"

You turned as the kids ran to the line and waved for you two to come over.

"Come on, lets get to them before they drag us over" you said and started to walk to the kids.

But you stopped when Conan grabbed your hand.

"Please tell me if someting is wrong" Conan said holding your hand.

"It's nothing important" you said trying to hide it from him, but you know that he was to sharp.

"It's nothing special. Just something that has happend that can't be fixed, because it's to late" you said, but muttered the last part to yourself.

Conan looked at you with a sad look not knowing what to do when he heard what you said. He grabbed you hand tighter and you looked at him.

"It has nothing to do with you, so please don't worry" you said. "Know lets go to the kids"

You got your hand out of his and walked to the kids. Conan followed after you, a little behind.

After a minute it was your turn to take a picture. Ayumi was sitting in Yaibas hand while you and the others stood on the ground holding an autograph from them and all of you were smiling at the camera.

*** (small timeskip) ***

"Thank you very much. Please come again next time" the elevator lady said and all of you walked out and waved to her.
