Y/n ran as fast as possible, she ran into an alleyway and began to cough more, realizing that she had been spotted, and began to run again. She ran into her old hideout, and slammed the already broken door. She slid down the wall, and passed out from exhaustion. The next morning, she awoke to Evie standing before her, she quickly stood and backed up, ignoring the pain from her side. "Who are you?" Evie demanded, Y/n replied with a lop-sided smile, "Wouldn't you like to know?" Y/n said, her voice raspy. She ran up the broken stairs and jumped through a window, landing with a roll and hijacking a carriage, Evie followed suit. Evie was close behind as Y/n attempted to lose her, she rounded a corner jumping from her seat and going into a small store, she hid in the shadows. Evie had caught up shortly after and cautiously looked around. She locked eyes with Y/n, before running forward and pinning her to the wall. "You should not have run. Who are you??" Evie demanded. Y/n's body went slack, and she sank to the floor. "What the..." Evie began. Y/n was now free of her grasp, she had thrown a smoke bomb and fled. "Oi, Lois! You seen my sister Evie around?" "No sir. I'll let you know if I do see her!" "Thanks Lois!" Jacob had spotted Evie and then ran over. "Jacob! Go catch her!! I'm going to go around and cut her off from ahead!" Evie said, and raced off in the same direction of Y/n. Jacob nodded, and began chasing after Y/n. "Oi! Stop!" He called out, Y/n jumped off the bridge and into the Thames. She surfaced for air, then started towards a shipment boat. "Hurry up wit' that, lads! We ought to be leaving soon if we want to live!" A Blighter said to his comrades. Y/n had climbed aboard the boat and hid in a crate, the Blighters didn't notice. Crash. Thud. Sploosh. Jacob had caught up to the boat and dispatched of the Blighters. "Alright! Let's see what we have in here..." He began to search every crate. Snap. He opened one if the crates. "Uh...spices...tea...sugar..nothing of use here.." He closed it, and went to the next. Snap. The next one popped open. He browsed the contents as well. "Weaponry...that could be- OH WHATS THIS BEAUTY??" He picked up a blue print for a gattling gun. "Ohoh..I'll take this thank you." He pocketed the paper, and then searched the others. He tried to open the one Y/n was in. Y/n panicked, and decided to pretend to be knocked out.
The lid opened, and Jacob gasped.
"Y/n...?? Y/n wake up!" He gently shook her arm. "Y/n..." He softly said, and then picked her up gingerly. He carried her to the edge, and hopped onto the docks. He carried her back to the train, he was drenched from the rain. "I found Y/n again!!" Henry looked up from his book. "Ah, you brought the Wolf?" Jacob turned to face him. "The Wolf? Who's the wolf?" Henry pointed at Y/n. "The people of London call her the Wolf." Jacob nodded, and then quickly removed her soaked cloak. She was completely dry, the wolf pendant glowed in the light of the gas flame, the reds and blues shivering into shades of purple and gray. Jacob had went back outside to go get Evie.

Henry glanced over to see Y/n opening her eyes cautiously.

"You're awake." He said with a small smile. Y/n look at him, absolute fear clouded her e/c eyes.
