Y/n and Jacob awoke by a loud knock upon his door.  Evie's voice sounded from the other side, immediately bringing the groggy pair to an alert and silent.  "Jacob, it's time to get up, it's well past noon, by now."  Jacob locked eyes with Y/n, both leaping from the covers and throwing on their coats and weapons and boots.  Unbeknownst to Evie, Jacob was now helping smuggle Y/n out through the window.

Evie sighed, knocking again.  "I know you can hear me.."  "Coming, dearest sister!  Just getting my boots on!"  He lied, nodding to Y/n as she was about to leap onto a building.  She nodded back, leaping away and grabbing hold of a brick wall behind her.  The pair made a silent agreement to meet again, he would find her again next time via Rook.

Jacob swung open the door, Evie standing impatiently.  Clutched between her fingers was a small piece of paper with the Templar's insignia imprinted upon the corner.  Evie followed his eyes, before handing him the paper and walking into her train car.  "Assassination Contract, eh?  Well I know what I'm doing for the next hour or so..."  Jacob muttered, his eyes shining with a brilliant (and risky) plan.  As he thought out his plan, he stepped off the train once it stopped at a station (somewhere in Southwark).

He was going to recruit some of his Rooks and have them cause a distraction.  Then, he'll go in gun's ablaze and kill the tar-  "Mr. Frye, a moment, please?"  A Rook said, distracting him from his master plan for a moment.  "Ello Jerry!  What's new?"  He said, his chirpy attitude shocked the Rook since Jacob had seemed to be brooding about something moments before.  "Er, it's about to the rumors of the Wolf, Sir,"  Jacob gestured for him to continue.  "Y-you see..Uh..It's er-...Townsfolk are saying she's too dangerous, Sir.."  Jacob raised a brow, tilting his head ever so slightly.  Dangerous?  Her?  I mean, kind of but she's better now...right?  "When did you hear this, Jer?"  The Rook stuttered, removing his bowler cap and fiddling with the rim.  "W-well, two days ago; at a pub.  Some of my mates and I..we..well..saw her really mess up some poor bloke and then..this."  Jacob chuckled lightly, patting the Rook on the shoulder gently.  More of a fatherly gesture, really.

"That's just her style, Jerry, she's as dangerous and brutal as her namesake.  Probably more, too.  She wouldn't go after a civilian unless something horribly wrong happ-"  His face slightly paled as his body became stiff.  "She didn't kill any civilians did she?"  The Rook quickly shook his head.  "Not that I know of, Sir!"  Jacob sighed, relieved and continued.  "Well, anyways..it's just her style and if threatened, what do wolves do?"  Jerry shrugged awkwardly.  "Attack...most animals do it-"  "Exactly!  So she is dangerous, yes, but it's for a reason.  Now, is that all?"  Jerry nodded.  "Yeah, just one thing; we found a this in a shipment of ammunition last Thursday."  Jerry held out his hand, a small, silver ring with two black diamonds laid side by side, separated by a f/c stone/jewel.  "We decided to give it to you, since any ideas we thought of went to auction and selling it."  Jacob nodded, giving the Rook a firm handshake and a tip of his hat.  "Thank you, Jer, you tell you're mates they made a good future for someone.."  Jacob turned and left, dropping the ring into his pocket and heading towards a one horse carriage.  He needed to go south a little bit and then west seventy paces.  At least, according to this note's location.

Sighing lightly, he pat the horse on the withers, swiftly climbing up the carriage and taking up the reigns.  "Let's go."  He expected the horse to move...except it stayed motionless.  Frowning, he tried again, this time slapping the reigns lightly.  "Walk on."  But again the horse didn't budge.  So Jacob tried a new tactic.  He whistled, a sharp, piercing whistle that shattered the peace of the afternoon bustle and markets nearby.  Suddenly, the horse shot off.   Jacob nearly fell as he looses the reigns so the horse could run properly.  Within minutes, he was at his destination.  Problem was, the horse wouldn't stop galloping.  "Woah!  Easy girl!"  He tried to coax the horse to stop, only it kept running, blowing right past his destination.

Eventually, he sighed, dropping the reigns and going to the roof of the carriage.  He aimed and jumped, timing it perfectly to land stop a stopped carriage.  Of course, the horse on that one whinnied and reared, startled by the sudden weight and noise.  He clambered off, watching the horse flee.  Shaking his head, he started going back to his destination -- which was at least 473 meters away now, mind you.  "Should've just walked..."  He exclaimed, before quickening his pace into a jog, then a slow run...until he was narrowly dodging civilians walking down the sidewalks and paths.  At one point, he nearly slammed his knee into one of those steel road blockers.  Luckily, he moved his leg out of the way and kept going,

Finally, he slowed to a stop, catching his breath as he signaled some Rook nearby to follow him.  "I need you to cause a distraction, kill as many as you want.  Disarm the bells and stay undetected until my signal, you'll see me on the rooftops."  The Rooks nodded, one of which popped his knuckles and neck, another adjusted her collar and brandished a dagger, the other two simply had their guns ready.

Jacob scaled the building quickly with the help of his zip line.  He scanned the enemies below for his target, his senses heightened as he focused.  The Blighters around were suddenly highlighted red, his Rooks blue, and finally his target, whom glowed a warm golden color,

But...wasn't there four rooks?  Wait...that fifth one is glowing green instead off blue?

"Y/n?"  Jacob whispered under his breath, watching here silently eliminate and hide the bodies of nearly half the Blighters while his Rooks took care of the rest.  She walked up to an alarm bell, springing out her blade and jumped to cut the rope.  With a soft thud, the metal ringer along with the rope fell to the muddy soil below.  Y/n looked up at Jacob, giving a toothy grin, before saluting and vanishing among the shadows once more.

He shook his head, smirking, before signaling his Rooks to distract the rest of the Templars and Blighters.  They waved their arms, hooting and hollering..soon they were running away, with everyone but his Target on their heels.  He dropped down in front of the target, startling him.  Jacob rolled his eyes, stepping forward and plunging his hidden blade into the Templar's neck, watching him fall and gurgle until he finally perished.  How does Y/n enjoy this so much?  Jacob thought, shrugging and heading to another Rook near his location.  Waving him over, he told the Rook to tell Evie it was done.  Jacob handed the Rook the note and left.

"Now, to find Y/n."  He mumbled, walking down the cobblestones towards a pub where people were screaming and running from.  "Found you."  He chuckled, catching the attention of his lover once he entered they pub.  "Causing trouble without me?  Y/n, I'm hurt.."  Jacob joked, Y/n retorted with a lopsided grin.  "Hi Hurt, I'm Y/n."  She poured him a glass of whiskey and passed it to him.  The bartender was too busy cowering away from the Wolf, leaving Y/n able to access the alcohol.  Jacob looked over at what had scared off everyone...seems Y/n had another breakdown and killed some Blighter.  Jacob guessed it was a Blighter, but under all that gore and mess, he couldn't quite tell.

"Damned bastard wouldn't leave me alone.  Besides, he's a Templar so don't worry about him."  Y/n said, answering Jacob's unspoken questions.

"Ah..." He said gently, sitting next to her.
