Jacob sighed, walking out of the pub with Y/n. They were hardly ten feet out the door when Y/n stopped dead in her tracks. "What's wrong?" Jacob asked as she scanned the rooftops above. "I'll meet you at Waterloo station..." Was all Y/n said before quickly skittering away one she saw the older Frye twin walking up. Jacob looked to where Y/n was fleeing, before turning to his sister. "What is it now, my dearest sister?" Evie remained quiet at his jest before responding with a rather curt answer. "Who was that?" She asked, gesturing towards the direction of which Y/n vanished. "Oh...that's just another colleague of mine..! They're just giving me information on cargo shipments and gang business." Evie seemed suspicious. "Female Assassin robes? Jacob I told you to stay away from Y-" Jacob shushed her. "That's- Uh - Not Y/n. It's Riley..?" Evie rolled her eyes, retorting with a scoff and a sardonic nod. "Oh yes, and I'm the Queen of England. Jacob those are the Wolf's robes I recognize them from a mile away." Evie had a certain look that scared Jacob...it was a look of simple 'Gotcha there, buddy'. "Okay yes it was Y/n but she was dropping information. Nothing more, nothing less." Evie seemed satisfied with his answer, nodding and waving him to follow. "I'm good, I've got a gang war to attend. And multiple Blighter headquarters to vanquish." Evie sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. "She's a dangerous lunatic, Jacob. Just stay away from her, alright?" Ever since that damned night Evie has seen her as a threat. The events that had happened when Jacob was almost killed shook Evie to her very core, as well as when Y/n had just...explained what had happened at the Asylum...
Ever since then, she has wanted nothing to do with Y/n. "If I find out you're meeting with her, you'll have your hide tanned." With that, Evie left. Jacob grumbled, before heading to the Waterloo station after completing a gang war, simply because he wanted to break any leads Evie may have had on the two lovebirds. "Okay...okay...if I was the Wolf, where would I go?" He mumbled under his breath, a young woman, around seventeen overheard (somehow) his mumbles and sent a glare towards him, along with some curses. "Thinking as that demon won't get you anywhere. Her hellish ways will only get you loneliness and despair!" Jacob shifted his searching gaze to the woman, smirking. "That's the hellfire I love, Miss," He watched her face shift from smug and secretive to shocked and alert. "Well then, be embraced by the devil! God won't save you!" Jacob waved her off, shrugging. "Just cause she acts like one doesn't mean she is. Brutality at its finest, if you ask me." He left the woman gaping like a fish, apparently she doesn't like to be told against her opinions. Stubborn bitch.
"Mister Frye! She's over there!" A Rook said as he walked past, gesturing towards the shadowed corner which held a few benches. Some homeless bloke was asleep on one, while another held a small family. The last, held Y/n, who was telling tales of her hunts to an overexcited twelve year old. "And then, faster than lightning, I struck. Seven people died that night by my blade." The child nodded, a toothy grin spread upon his face. "And then what happened?" She chuckled, patting his shoulder and standing. "I'll tell you another time, I have to go now." The child's expression fell into slight disappointment. "It was nice meeting you, Wolf!" The child said before returning to his mother nearby. "Likewise, kid!" She said, taking Jacob's top hat and placing it once again on her own. "C'mon, I've got a new assassination contract and I need you as a distraction." Jacob rolled his eyes. "Lead the way, Mrs. Gang Lord." He jokingly said, following her closely.
"Aight, so," She clapped, before continuing. "Rumors in Whitechapel about some Templar posing as some government official spread to Lambeth, which a friend of mine said his office is located in the Strand. Except, the target is in the City of London and his associate -- also a target -- is stationed by the Thames." Jacob nodded, mulling over the words. "So, we need to go to City of London and then the Thames?" She nodded, correcting him. "Northwest side of the Thames..Aanndd, we can kill them in any way we want." She said in a sing-song voice, smiling softly. Jacob chuckled, following her as they ran down the streets, heading to their target.
