I voted Aelin just because of everything she's been through and sacrificed. My top favourites are: Aelin, Rowan, Lysandra, and sometimes Manon or Lorcan.
Also Future of Terrasen is now no.12 in SarahJMaas, with Saviour of Ashes at no. 20. Which is pretty good seeing how many fan fics there are.
