So I have to mention this because it is just so incredibly funny to me. So I have a 2000 word essay due on Thursday (so far I only have an intro, 1 and 1/5th paragraphs). Anyway so my dad has been teasing me about it because it's on the Great Gatsby and Death of a Salesman and Grapes of Wrath. And no libraries had them in stock so I had to spend £15 just to be able to do an assignment.
Anyways, my dad keeps asking me how it's going and everything and laughing when I look annoyed. I think he secretly wants to help me write it but he's better at maths and has never picked up a book or magazine since high school.
So I saw an excellent point that I wanted to include but had to write in my own way sort of thing and I had to find another way to say "her aura of wealth" and I struggled for a bit but came up with an answer (I can't put it on here in case the plagiarism checker picks it up on here when I had my essay in).
So cos my dad was hovering and I struggled for a good 10 minutes, I decided to ask him. He looked at me blankly and sort of laughed saying he doesn't get it. So I explained it to him and said what's another way of saying it. His answer:
"Her aura of flash "
FLASH in an formal essay to replace wealth.
I am probably finding it way much funnier that you guys but if you knew my dad..... 😂 I asked him to turn my laptop on once and that the on button was on the top right of the keyboard. I came back in the room and he was still looking for it. He said, "I don't know how to do it." I pointed to it and it's right there and he just looked at me with a puzzled look. I said "you do know what that symbol means?" (The circle with a line through the top). And guess what he said....
"I thought that was the off button"!!!!!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I have a question about this one (below). I get that the shadow watching Feyre is Rhys but the whole "no control over my fingers" thing - surely Rhysand wouldn't MAKE Feyre kill the wolf. What if the wolf was daemati and made feyre kill him??
