Quick catch up

Before I go to bed. Its 1.30am here. I've been writing for hours on my own story.

So I finished my apprenticeship and am currently back on the hunt for a job. I've applied to every job going and signed up to all the search websites!

It's been fine though, its given me more time to write.

A few months back, I went to Centre Parcs and finally completed my dream of learning to fence. I was quite good at it (makes a change!) And even beat my boyfriend who had the advantage because he's so much taller than me (and better at sports than me). But I actually won! (I hope I made Aelin proud - you know if she weren't fictional). I wish there was a place near me to go fencing more often but there isnt and I kind of miss the fun of it.

In August, I turned 22 😭😭😭 I'm getting old 😅😅

The UK's weather has been indecisive like "should I be winter? Should I be summer?" I hope everyone who has been suffering with the bad storms is safe and ok.

Its spider season. I've been having huge ones in my room and they jump and run really fast. I have a fear of spiders so I absolutely cannot stand them!

I've been reading books that I decided to take a chance on like the Dragon's Price by Bethany Wiggins. Its alright. Not my favourite but still entertaining. And Song of the Current by Sarah Tolcser, which was really good and I learnt a lot about boats and sailing. Still nothing beats my favourites: HoF QoS EoS KoA.

Finally, (once I have a job) I will be saving up to move out and get my own house and mortgage like a proper little adult in the next 2 or 3 years (so excited to have a room that's basically a library!)

Let me know what's been going on with you guys! What are you reading now? Are you gonna get the mini series of ToG? They're £12.99 each in waterstones in the UK. I'm undecided, but work gave me £50 waterstones gift card on my last day. So I might use that.
