Normani

"Hi babe," I greeted my girlfriend as I walked into Tomlinson's Bakery. She was behind the counter with her mane picked up in to two twin braids that I was really loving on her. My heart melted when she gave me that smile of hers. "Have I ever told you how you have the most beautiful smile?"

She threw her head back while covering her smile as she laughed, "You always have to be so slick." She shook her head as she looked at me with those eyes of hers.

"I just like letting you know how pretty you are," I smirked while she rolled her eyes and reached over to get a small white paper bag and a ready cup of an iced mocha. I couldn't help but let my smile grow as I just wanted to reach over and kiss her. "Is that for me?"

"One blueberry cake donut, a danish, and your usual drink. All made by mua."

"Excuse me," Mrs. Tomlinson said from the back that made Dinah jump.

"I-I mean I made the coffee."

I chuckled as I leaned into the counter and pecked her lips, "Thanks."

"You're welcome," she whispered as I stayed close to her. I could see her eyes trained on my lips. I've learned that Dinah is a sucker for kisses. After I learned that she never even liked kissing before we started, that was until I showed her if done right it can be addicting.

I almost got carried away once during a make out session. Dinah did as well, but because we'd been so into it, when I snapped out of it Dinah didn't. She said something very...sultry things I never expected to come from her.

We almost had sex once, but Dinah realized she was on her period and then she said she's scared so of course I told her we didn't have to rush anything. Even if the the ache between my legs was killing me.

I'd wait for her.

"Mani?" I jumped away from the counter and turned to be met with my father. He smiled as me as he walked up to us with an unknowing smile, probably not realizing I was about to kiss Dinah. "I'll be damned. Dinah Jane. I haven't seen you in what seems like ages."

"Hi, Mr. Hamilton." Dinah greeted while my heart raced.

He...he must've seen that. This entire bakery is just windows besides the back. He must've seen.

"How have you been? I hope my girl hasn't cause you any trouble." He asked Dinah while she shook her head.

"No sir. Never."

"W-What are you doing here, Daddy?" I could hear Dinah snort behind me.

"I was out for a run and I..." He looked around before coughing.

Dinah spoke up, "He gets his coffee here after his runs, right, Mr. Hamilton?"

He seemed to be relieved to have someone save him as he agreed, "That's right."

"Daddy. You come here every morning don't you?"

He slumped his shoulders while looking defeated, "Yeah."

"I'll go get your usual." Dinah laughed as she walked over to the donuts and coffee.

"I didn't expect to see you here," My dad said he looked at me questioningly, "Visiting your friend?"

Friend...

"Uh-well-"

"Here you go, Mr. Hamilton."
