NOT PROOFREAD!!
Camila
"Do we really need math in our everyday lives?" I groaned while sitting back in my chair.
We'd decided to do a study group at Dinah's where we could each help each other in whatever studies we were strong at. I was good at English so I helped Ariana and Dinah with some essays and reading notes. Ariana was wickedly good at history and science. So she helped Dinah and I with both of our due history essays and chemistry homework. While Dinah was the one who could do math as easily as breathing.
"You're doing good though, Walz," Dinah said from the other side of the room that was the living room where she was entertaining Seth and Regina by helping them build a castle out of Legos, "Just keep using the cheat sheet I gave you."
She's finished her trig homework fifteen minutes into it.
"I'm done!" Ariana cheered as she held up her calculus work sheet up into the air before slamming it into the table, "Take that limits and continuity-you bitch."
"Ariana," Dinah held while our high ponytailed friend covered her mouth.
"Oops-I meant you weenie." She threw Dinah a thumbs up while Regina and Kamilla who'd just walked in laughed. "So Dinah since I'm done and Camila's still preoccupied with her trig, enlighten me by please telling me you've finally gotten some."
Dinah quickly reacted with a lego being thrown right at Ariana's forehead. Her head snapping back and falling off of her chair. I brought my trigonometry book over my face from both shock and fear from the kill shot I just witnessed.
Slowly looking over I saw that the rest of the boys had just opened the sliding door from the backyard to come in after playing their game of basketball, but it was quickly shut and they just continued to play basketball. Acting as if they had never even stepped into the house while Kamilla just shakily played with an unknowing innocent Regina and Seth.
We all knew that if anyone of us said something we'd be next.
So we all just did what was best.
"WHAT THE HELL!" Ariana shot back up and glared at Dinah, "THAT ACTUALLY HURT THOUGH!" She whined while rubbing her forehead and snarling at Dinah.
We all pretended we didn't even see it.
Dinah's wrath is not one to be messed with.
"Don't ask those kind of questions around my siblings." Dinah said as she continued to build the castle.
"Is that all?" Ariana rolled her eyes while reaching for her handbag only to pull out what looked like a gold card. "Regina. Seth. Do you guys like ice cream?" She received the attention of the small children all too quickly.
"YES/YEE," Regina yelled while Seth slurred having his pacifier in his mouth.
"Kamilla," Ariana waved to, "I saw a little ice cream stand down the way before Mila and I got here."
"Oh yeah. That's Mrs. Canales's stand. She makes the best homemade ice cream."
"What," Ariana held, "That's amazing. Well how about you guys go buy some ice cream and you bring us back some. My treat."
Kamilla looked over to her oldest sister hesistantly, "Dinah?" She asked softly while Dinah just sighed.
"It's okay. Go. Bring me back her mango ice cream." Dinah said with a small smile while Regina and Seth excitedly started jumping up and down while hurrying up Kamilla.
