Chris.

I was laying in bed, asleep before my wife of three years, Mia, woke me up. She was sitting up, and her form looked stiff. With a worried expression, I sat up as well - bringing my hand to rest on her back. Mia was six months pregnant, and I was always worried about her health. I would panic at the slightest change.

I glanced at the clock that was seated on the bedside table - noting that the time was four in the morning. In a few hours, I was to be present at a video shoot with my good friend - Michael Jackson. He had a new song out, and he wanted to make a short film to go along with it.

"Baby?" I rubbed my wife's back. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah," she breathed. "I just....can't sleep because of my mood swings,"

"Are you sure you want to come to the shoot today?" I raised an eyebrow at her. She was to accompany me to the set, but right now - she didn't look too good. "I think it would be better if you stayed home and rested,"

"No," she argued. "I want to come," she smiled a little. "(Y/N) is going to be there, and I want to get to know her,"

I stayed silent. I knew how much Mia wanted to meet (Y/N) - so arguing with her seemed pointless. (Y/N) truly was an amazing woman, and she made my best friend happy - that's why everyone loved her.

"As long as you promise to take care of yourself while we're on set," I spoke with a firm tone.

"I promise!"

On set, Mia had started conversing with (Y/N) - and the two of them seemed to be getting along. I was standing with Michael, further away from them. As I spoke to Michael, I began to notice that he wasn't listening to me - he was staring at his beautiful wife.

"Mike!" I waved in his face, making him widen his eyes and look at me. "You've been staring at (Y/N) for a good half hour,"

"I'm sorry!" Michael held his hands up. "But don't act like you don't stare at Mia all the time," he laughed.

"Shut up, not the point," I rolled my eyes playfully.

Michael laughed, making (Y/N) smile a little. After a moment, she grimaced - touching her stomach. Michael hadn't noticed, as he was still laughing. Suddenly, (Y/N) stood up and ran toward one of the restaurant buildings. Mia had a worried expression on her face as she stood up - making her way over to Michael and I.

"Chris! Michael!" she exclaimed. "(Y/N) was in a lot of pain, and she just ran off," she looked at Michael. "You need to go and check on her,"

Michael nodded and ran aheae as we followed him. We were greeted by a receptionist, a pretty blonde.

"Hi, a girl ran in here..." Michael trailed off. "My wife,"

"She's in the bathroom," the blonde lady spoke politely before moving aside.

Michael ran ahead, knocking against the bathroom door before opening it. Mia and I stood further back, watching (Y/N)'s expression. She looked scared.

"Michael..." we heard her say. "I need to get to the hospital, I'm bleeding,"

Shit.

After (Y/N) had admitted that she was bleeding, Mia and I had driven Michael and her to the hospital. Michael was panicking, but I could see that he was doing his best to keep calm for his wife. (Y/N) was groaning in pain for a while, but a few minutes passed - and she seemed to have settled.

At present moment, we were all at the hospital, and we were all worried about (Y/N). Michael was standing there, biting his nails nervously. We waited for a good our outside of the doctor's office - and (Y/N) was inside.

"I hope she's okay," Michael shook his head. "Please God, let everything be okay,"

Half an hour had went by before the doctor's office door opened - revealing (Y/N). She looked calm, and collected - making me smile a little. Her and Michael were the perfect match. (Y/N) was beautiful, and kind - and I could tell that we were going to be very good friends in the near future.

"Is everything okay?" Michael questioned the doctor, whose name was Dr. Jenkins.

"Yes," he nodded. "Mrs. Jackson is completely fine, she was just a little stressed - hence, the bleeding," he chuckled slightly. "But the baby is okay, and so is your wife,"

With that, Dr. Jenkins walked away - and Michael let out a sigh of relief as he pulled (Y/N) close.

Everything was alright, and that was all that we could have possibly hoped for.
