Michael.

I stared at my beautiful wife as she slept, breathing lightly. She had fallen asleep in my arms, and her doing this gave me an opportunity to truly appreciate her beauty.

Her eyelids fluttered slightly, and her pink lips were pursed into a small smile - indicating that she was in a peaceful state.

(Y/N) and I had been married for five years, and she still found ways to amaze me. She was a beautiful, and smart woman. She was my everything.

Her left hand rested on my chest, allowing me to get a glimpse of how wonderful her wedding ring looked on her finger. Everything about my wife amazed me, I could never get enough of her. She was like a drug, and I was addicted.

Suddenly, I noticed her move a little before her eyes opened. A small smile etched itself onto my face as I watched (Y/N). She was true beauty, at its finest.

"Are you watching me?" she spoke, her voice coming out extremely soft.

"I'd be lying if I said I wasn't," I chuckled a little. "But if I said I was, that would sound creepy,"

(Y/N) laughed, making me smile even wider. Her laughter was music to my ears, and her smile was my most prized possession.

She sat up, turning her head to look at me.

"What's the time?" she inquired, making me glance at my watch.

"It's three in the morning," I responded.

"Jeez, and you haven't slept yet?" she raised an eyebrow. "You need your sleep, and you know that. I don't want you collapsing at rehearsals," she fussed, making me flash her a guilty smile.

"I will," I studied her beautiful expression. "I promise,"

She leaned in, and we shared a chaste kiss. When she pulled away to look into my eyes, I couldn't help but marvel at her beauty.

"I love you," I whispered. "So, so much,"

I walked down the staircase, readjusting the buttons on my sleeves before (Y/N) walked out of the kitchen, meeting me at the foot of the staircase. She grinned as she walked up to me, resting her delicate hands on my chest. I broke into a smile as I looked into her beautiful eyes.

"Are you going to the studio now?" she raised an eyebrow slightly.

"Yes," I kissed her cheek. "I'll try to be home by five," I pulled away to study her features. I didn't want to leave my wife, but I had a job to do - and as much as I didn't want to go, I had to.

I wrapped my hands around her waist, pulling her closer to me. She giggled and blushed as I kissed her forehead.

"I'll see you when I get home,"

"Bye," I waved at my manager, Frank, as I walked out of the studio. He chuckled, waving back at me.

When I walked through the exit doors, my eyes widened when I saw (Y/N), standing near the wall. She spotted me, giggling as she ran up to me. I wrapped my arms around her waist, lifting her up as I spun her around.

"What are you doing here?" I laughed, setting her back down onto her feet. "You're supposed to be at home!" I grinned. I was so happy to see her.

Like I had said before, she never ceased to amaze me.

"I decided to come down and pay you a visit!" she kissed my cheek. "I was thinking that we could take a walk along the beach since it's still bright," she referred to the condition of the afternoon sky.

I couldn't stop grinning. (Y/N) was so beautiful, I never could quite get over the fact that she was mine. As she brought her hands to rest around my neck, she stared into my eyes - making me blush slightly.

"That sounds perfect,"

(Y/N) ran along the sandy beach, letting her bare feet bask in the sand. I laughed as I followed her, however - I had my shoes on. I was wearing socks and shoes, so there was no way I was going to take them off. Nevertheless, it made my heart happy to see my wife laughing. She was a gem, and I intended to treasure her.

"Come on!" she encouraged me. "Take off your shoes!" she giggled.

I rolled my eyes playfully and shook my head.

"They're going to be so difficult to get back on!" I responded.

"I'll help you!" she battered her eyelids at me. That was my weakness. Whenever she did that, I would give in to her requests.

I sighed and shook my head, bending over to take off my shoes. Once I had done so, I took off my socks and stuffed them respectively into my empty shoes. Holding the items, I began to walk along the sand - making me grin.

It felt good, it felt liberating.

"Feels good, right?!" she laughed, spinning around. "I told you!"

I laughed along with my wife as we walked through the doors of our mansion.

"I have sand all over my feet," I remarked. "I need to wash them," I chuckled.

Despite the fact that I had my socks and shoes on again, I could still a few particles of sand on my toes.

(Y/N) had on her ballet flats, and she didn't seem to be complaining. She was very happy that we had walked along the beach, and that made me happy too.

She walked ahead of me, humming a tune. She was marvellous, she was amazing. I watched her as she skipped toward the staircase, turning around to face me. When she saw me staring, she raised an eyebrow.

"What?"

"Nothing," I shook my head. "You're just....beautiful," I breathed. "So beautiful,"

She blushed and looked down, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear before looking back up at me. For a moment, the world around me froze - and I only saw (Y/N). Nothing else.

As I stared at my wife, I realized something.

She had left me breathless.

Each and every time her eyes met mine, I was left breathless.

And I loved it, just like I loved her.
