Michael.
I walked corridors of the hotel. I paces up and down, humming softly. Since I could never be outside without a mass of people gathering, my idea of fresh air was to move along the corridors - taking a break from my hotel room. My hands were shoved into the pockets of my pants, and I was beginning to feel uneasy. In a week, I would be checking out of the hotel. Since I was on my Bad world tour, travelling was something that happened more often than I'd have preferred.
As I walked, my eyes widened when I spotted a girl walking out of the elevator. She had tears in her eyes, and she had bruises all over her neck. When she saw me, her eyes widened. She turned around to walk back into the elevator, but it had closed.
Realizing this, she turned back around to face me.
"Hi," I smiled softly at her. "Are you alright?"
She blinked a few times before bringing her eyes to meet mine. This girl was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen. Why was she so upset?
"I...." she trailed off. "No," she laughed a little, shaking her head.
"Do you want to talk about it?"
"I barely know you," she responded, her voice coming out hoarse. "Why would I want to talk to a stranger?"
"Because talking to a stranger might be better than keeping all of your emotions hidden," I sighed. "And trust me, I know what it feels like to have no one to talk to - it's not a good feeling,"
She stared at me, standing still for a few seconds. Finally, I saw her frame relax as she shook her head.
"My boyfriend...is a monster," she bit her lip.
"What do you mean?" I questioned.
"He hits me," she sighed. "He always makes it a point to hurt me. We came here for a small vacation," she shrugged. "But it isn't much of a vacation if you ask me,"
"You need to go to the police," I frowned. This girl was far too beautiful to have been abused. She needed to be kept, and treasured. "You can't keep letting him do this to you,"
"That's the thing, I don't want to go to the police," she let her shoulders fall. "I love him," she bit her lip.
"Are those...?" I pointed to the bruises along her neck. "From him?"
"Timothy," she laughed a little. "That's his name. And yes," she nodded. "We had just gotten into a fight earlier," she inhaled deeply. "And I came up here to....ease my mind,"
I smiled a little as she stared at me with her big eyes. She was beautiful.
"What's your name?" I asked.
The girl stared at me for a long moment, opening her mouth before the elevator door opened from behind her. A tall, skinny man walked out - a scowl on his face. He grabbed the girl from behind, making her spin around with a gasp.
"Where the hell were you?!" he growled. "I've been looking for you everywhere," he spat.
"Let her go," I took a step forward. Judging from the way this man was behaving, I knew that he was Timothy. He turned his head, and his eyes widened. "Michael Jackson," he raised an eyebrow, letting go of the girl's arm. He walked up to me until we were chest to chest.
"Is this slut with you now?" he snarled.
"Don't call her that," I spat back.
"Tim, leave him alone," the girl pulled him back, making him turn around to face her again. "Please,"
"You do get around, don't you?" Timothy growled at the girl. "Come on," he pulled her with him, making his way to the elevator.
I took a step forward, but the girl turned her head to look at me - shaking her head.
And so all I could do, was watch her walk away. To me, she would be the girl without a name.

The next day, I had woken up rather early. Since there wouldn't be many people out at this time, I had decided to go out for a walk along the pool. As I walked along the slightly wet concrete, I noticed a female figure approaching me. A few seconds passed before I realized that she looked familiar - she was the girl that I had met, the day before.
This time, not only did she have bruises along her neck - she had a red mark across her face. I knew that Timothy had hit her again. When she noticed me, her eyes widened. She had on a loose sweater over skinny jeans, and her frame was fragile.
"Hi," I smiled a little.
As she got closer to me, she broke into a small smile herself. God, she was beautiful.
"I'm glad that I ran into you," she laughed a little, holding her hand out. "I wanted to thank you, for...being a friend to me yesterday," she bit her lip.
I took her hand and shook it.
"Well, the pleasure was all mine," I responded, releasing her hand. "But I'm sorry that I...couldn't save you from Timothy,"
She smiled, keeping her eyes on me. "I don't need saving," she responded. "Timothy and I are leaving today,"
"Oh,"
"And I'm glad that I got to see you one last time, so that I could thank you," she nodded.
Just as she turned around to walk away, I took a step forward and grabbed her right arm, making her gasp a little. She turned her head to look at me with slightly widened eyes.
"What's your name?" I searched her eyes.
"I don't have one," she flashed me a smile before pulling her hand away, turning around.
As she walked away, I was left stunned. She was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen, and I didn't know if I would ever get to see her again.
