Chapter 15

Laurence's POV

Garroth and I were leaning against the railing, watching our girlfriends chat and skate around. We keep an eye on Y/N as well. They were doing speed races, and doing push-ups whenever they fell over. It was quite fun to watch. I just wish we were with them. Ivy whips her head around and gasps when she sees one of them. She whispers something to Michi. They both nod and skate over there.
"Uh oh." Garroth mumbles, we both make our way over there.

Y/N was leaning against a railing, watching and laughing at her friends. We get there a tad late. Ivy barges Y/N out of the way, making her fall over. Jack tries to catch her but he was too late.
"Oops. Sorry, didn't see you there." She lies. She giggles along with Michi. Wait... Michi?!
"Ten push-ups lets go Y/N!" Romeo says encouragingly, glaring at Ivy. Y/N gets into a push-up position.
"I hate you guys." She says giggling. The boys count up as she does a push-up.
"SEVEN. EIGHT. NINE. TEN!" She did that pretty fast, she's really strong. Kyle pulls her up.

She turns to Ivy.
"Y'know, there is such a thing as 'please move'." Y/N says chuckling. Romeo puts a hand on her shoulder.
"Yeah. Why do you hate Y/N so much anyways?" He asks, clearly upset. The rest of the boys stand next to Y/N and look at the girls. They both look scared.

"Don't mind them, they won't hurt you. I'd just like an answer." Y/N says, putting her hands in her hips. Ivy looks at Garroth. Uh oh.
"Gareth! Help me! They're threatening me!" She shouts. They all turn to us, confused. We both skate over and stand in front of our girls awkwardly.
"Didn't know you two were here." Y/N states, almost frowning. We scratch the backs of our necks.
"What a coincidence." I say sheepishly. She nods and the guys skate out of the rink, Y/N shortly follows. We both look at our dates. They look upset...

Your POV

What are they doing here? We skate off and take off our skates, I hear them arguing. I take mine off and put my shoes on.
"Wait! Y/N!" I hear Jack scream. I turn to him, he was standing next to the rink with a grin.
"I'll give you ten bucks if you can go out there and moonwalk the end and back." He says, holding out ten bucks in front of him. I look out.
"I just put my shoes on!" I yell. He grins.
"I know." I sigh and walk over.
"I don't know... we aren't allowed without skates." I feel Kyle wrap an arm around me.
"I'll give you five." He says.
"Same here." Alec says. I look to Romeo who just walked up. He nods his head.
"I'll pay for your drink." He offers. I take a deep breath, wriggle out of Kyle's embrace and start to walk on the ice. I got this.

Garroth's POV

After talking with Ivy and after Laurence was done talking to Michi, we turn our heads to see Y/N, unsteadily, walk out onto the ice in her sneakers. I wonder what she's up to... Laurence and I exchange a glance, the girls just watch her, unimpressed.

She turns around to face the guys.
"Throw your hat Kyle!" I see Kyle take off his hat and throw it to her. She catches it and puts in on.
"Yeah Y/N!" I hear Romeo shout. She starts... moonwalking? It's quite good. She keeps going until the end. She holds the hat rim up and smiles widely. She then runs and slides on her shoes, pretty fast actually. She keeps sliding slash running until she reaches the railing. We watch as she jumps it and land on the other side.

She takes off the hat and holds it out in front of her.
"I believe you owe me some cash fellas." She says, laughing. They groan and then put some cash in the hat. She stuffs in in her pocket and puts Kyle's hat on his head. He readjusts it and smiles.
"To the food!" He shouts, they all cheer.
"I'm hungry, let's go eat!" Ivy shrieks. She grabs my hand and we get off the rink and return our skates. Laurence and I get dragged along as we head for the food court.
