Garroth's POV

Irene! What should I do? I want to ask her to Prom, but how? It has to be the best!
"Garroth! Hurry up!" I whip around to see Zane angrily shouting at me from my door. I finish buttoning up my shirt.
"One second baby brother!" I say calmly. He growls and walks off. I wish he wouldn't be like that sometimes... I comb my hair and dash out, flinging my bag on my bag and skipping down the stairs. What should I do?

Laurence's POV

I watch absently as the houses fly past as we drive past. I can't get the thought of asking her to Prom out of my head. What should I do? I'll ask her obviously, but how? It had to be special and romantic. Ugh.
"Laurence, we're here. Get out already." I blink a few times to see my sister, Cadenza, frowning and yelling at me. I click off my seatbelt and step out of the car.
"Bye Hayden!" I yell, closing the door and rushing off. I hear the car speed off and I'm left again with my thoughts. What should I do?

Your POV

I part with my brothers and walk into school with Romeo. We both groan as we step through the doors. It wasn't a Monday, but it sure felt like it. I check my timetable. Music. I smile and see what Romeo has. I notice him frowning.
"Man, I have History." I grin.
"What? History is great! It's a great core subject." I say cheerfully, hoping to cheer him up.
"Maybe. I'm more of a math guy I guess." I shake my head.
"You smart person..." I grumble. He shrugs.
"I don't wanna hear that from you, 'Miss gets over an 80% on every test'" I smile and shrug.
"I guess, I get do bad grades on math." I respond. He tilts his head and stares at me.
"70% is still really good." He says blankly. I cross my arms.

"Maybe. Try to have fun in History yeah? The teachers pretty cool." I say encouragingly. He nods.
"Yes boss." He says sarcastically. I smile and wave.
"Good. See ya!" I say as he walks up the stairs. I walk over to my lockers and put my music sheets in my bag. Just in case we need them.

I close my locker and jump when Dante is leaning on the lockers. I sigh and watch him smirk.
"Got'cha." He says proudly. I shake my head.
"Yeah yeah." I smile. His smirk disappears and he frowns.

"You know most of the boys will be gunning to ask you out for prom right?" He says seriously. I give him a confused grin.
"Psh no they won't." I say waving a hand. He shakes his head.
"Yeah, they will. I'm being your body guard for the day, since I'm in almost all your classes." He says, straightening and smiling. I smile.
"Thanks. You can be my knight in tin foil armor!" I say happily. He rolls his eyes and turns around.
"Lets go. We have music." I nod and walk to class with him. Why is he doing this?

***

Dante was right. People were asking me to Prom. I felt really flattered, but embarrassed at the same time. I owe Dante so much right now. He told the guys who asked me to stop. While I felt bad, I'm glad because I don't want to deal with all that.
"Alright, I'll see you after class then! Bye Y/N!" He says, waving and walking away. I smile and wave back.

Ever since the music assignment, we've become almost best friends. It's honestly amazing.

I walk in and sit at my seat, in between Laurence and Garroth. I look past Garroth and see that there was no Aphmau. Must be running late... I pull out my books and start to work on a drawing I started last class. I hum quietly as I add detail to my picture.
"Hey Y/N?" I turn to see Laurence with a worried expression. "Are... Are you going to Prom with Dante?" He asks quickly.

I look up and see Garroth sharing the same worried expression. I smile and look down.
"Nope! He's just being my bodyguard I guess. I'm so thankful though." I sigh, reliving all of the memories of today. I slump back into my chair and see them both smile.
"Good..." I almost miss Garroth sigh. I raise an eyebrow.
"Did you two think he was?" I say, back to drawing. They both grunt.
"Honestly, the way he was protecting you today, I thought he was." Garroth admits.
"Yeah, it seemed that way." Laurence says, leaning back and running a hand through his hair.

"I don't think I'll go to Prom really..." I say, giggling. I feel the table shake.
"Wait? Really? Why?" Laurence says quickly. I shrug and put my pencil down.
"I'm not very fond of dresses and I haven't been asked by anyone that's actually familiar." I smile.
"Well, I hope you come." Garroth says, staring at me. I raise an eyebrow. "I bet you'd look cute in a light blue dress. Or any dress really." He says smoothly. I hear Laurence grunt. I turn to him.
"Or a green dress. You'd look good in anything." He smirks, winking. I start laughing.
"Thanks guys. I appreciate it."

We turn at Aphmau rushing in. She seems out of breathe. She notices that the teacher isn't here yet and takes her seat beside Garroth. I lean on the table and grin at her.
"And why are you late?" I ask goofily. She immediately blushes and pulls out her notebook.
"N-Nothing!" She squeaks. I nod.
"Yeah huh. We're continuing this later." I say, already thinking what her reason is. She puts her head down and starts to draw. I do the same and let the boys play on their phones and chat.
