Title: Love Mark

Ship: Hyunin

"It's just a mark, Jeongin. Someone out there has the same one."

"I know." Jeongin sighed, staring at the swiggled heart shaped mark on his shoulder through the mirror.

Jeongin frowned. After a few more minutes of looking at it, he pulled his sweater back over his shoulder, covering the Soulmate mark. He picked up His backpack and headed back to class.

When he sat down, his friend, Hyunjin, was already there.

"Hey, Jeongin." Hyunjin greeted.

"Hi, hyung." Jeongin smiled.

"Look. Day6 is gonna have a comeback soon." Hyunjin held up his phone for Jeongin to see. He chuckled. Hyunjin was obsessed with Day6. It was no surprise, either.

"I can't wait." Hyunjin shrieked as the bell rang for class start.

Jeongin tried to keep his eyes off of Hyunjin but it was a little hard. He had a crush on the boy. For awhile now as well. He was not sure how to deal with it. He was scared of confessing and scared of rejection.

Jeongin thought of the soulmate tattoo. Maybe he could show Hyunjin. Yeah, that's what he'll do.

Two days later was when Jeongin finally gained up the courage to confess. But maybe he was too late.

Jeongin had asked Hyunjin if he could meet him at the back of the school after their last class. Hyunjin agreed despite being suspicious.

As Jeongin came closer to the corner of where the back of the school was, he heard voices. His nerves jumped. Who was back there besides Hyunjin?

Jeongin peeked around wall. His heart shattered.

Hyunjin against the wall being kissed by a girl.

Jeongin sniffed, which caught their attention quick.

Jeongin took off as fast as he could away from them he did not want to be around people while he was heart broken. But he could hear Hyunjin's yells from behind him.

"Jeongin! Wait! Please!"

Jeongin tripped over a rock, causing him to fall to the ground. He sat on his knees as tears fell and Hyunjin coming towards him. Hyunjin sat in front of Jeongin, taking his hands.

"Please listen to me. That kiss was out of no where, okay?"

"It doesn't matter." Jeongin spat, pulling his hands away and wiping his face.

"Jeongin, I know you called me back there to confess. I'm not dumb."

Jeongin did not look away from the ground. He knew all along.

Hyunjin took his hands again. "And I like you, too. But you have to listen to-"

Before Hyunjin could finish his sentence, Jeongin reached up and grabbed Hyunjin's shirt. He pulled down the shirt as his shoulder was exposed. There it was. The same swiggly heart shaped mark.

"Jeongin?" Hyunjin squeaked out, afraid that they may not have the same mark.

Jeongin did not answer and leaned forward, falling into Hyunjin's lap and hugging him. It took Hyunjin by surprise, but he hugged Jeongin back.

"You're not sad anymore, right?" Hyunjin whispered.

Jeongin just stayed silent. It did not matter if he was sad or not about that kiss. Hyunjin was his soulmate and no matter what, he was going to be in his life somehow.

"Jeongin?"

"I'm okay."

"Okay."
