Frozen heart (yandere Levi x reader)

Suspicions.

You were slowly preparing to leave with your mother since there was a plan about this whole thing. Mikasa said she was going to pay you a lot of visits during the time you'd be in your hometown to make sure nothing was wrong, Eren and Armin would keep and eye on Levi while Jean along with Hange would prepare the room you'd stay later. Your mother was beyond excited, she wanted you to give birth quickly so that one day she would train yet another successfull soldier, what she didn't know was that you planed to move out once the baby was six years old, despite your mother's best efforts your emotions were once again coming out and this time you knew that they wouldn't dissapear like they did before. This child inside you had sparked something and now it had turned into a strong fire of determination. Levi would never learn that the child was his, you didn't care if he'd think of you as a whore since there wasn't really affection from your side but even so a child would spark something in him too just like it did for you.

- (Name), come on we're leaving. Your mother said and you followed silently, a carriage would take you there along with Erwin who wanted to speak to your mother about something. After you helped your mother get inside, you and Erwin got in and the carriage left. The atmosphere was tense to say the least.

- Bertha, I heard you had asked a bountry hunter to be your bodyguard for a while. 

- True, his name is Kenny Ackerman. She said and your breath hitched.

- Mother, that name... could he possibly be...

- He is related to Levi, he's that mans uncle. She said and you looked at her with a frown.

- Why call him? Erwin asked, you didn't answer though you knew the reason. If Kenny fought Levi then he could at least buy you some time. Still having a bountry hunter around didn't excite you or Erwin, though in all honesty your opinions hardly mattered. You spent most of your time looking outside without any sign of interest, your mother and Erwin were arguing for things that you had no interest to learn nor would you get answers from either of them. So in the end you simply had to wait, after all you'd have a lot more to do later on.

TIME SKIP: FOUR MONTHS LATER.

You were walking the dark corridors along with Mikasa and Hange, your room was ready but there were a few things you needed and so you were forced to come out during the night. Levi had lost it completely since you vanished and when he saw Kenny at your home he began suspecting something only for your mother to play her part and saw her disgust in the idea of you dying without any status or honor, Levi fell for it completely. 

- Are you sure you don't want me to stay with you? Mikasa asked as she slowly stopped behind you, you opened the door and then turned to her.

- Yes Mikasa, you need to help Eren, Armin and Jean. They might say something they shouldn't and Levi might harm them trying to get answers. You said and that made her sigh.

- I'll visit you early in the morning okay? She asked and you nodded before entering, once you were inside you locked the door and after arranging the needed items you went to bed. 

 Meanwhile Levi was trying to make Erwin spill out where you were but he wouldn't say a word, Levi was sure you were alive and he wanted to be there, still Erwin was above him and thus had no obligation to tell him which made him furious.

- For the last time Levi, I wont tell you anything about (Name).

- Why?! He asked enraged and Erwin frowned.

- There is no need for you to know, now go. He ordered and Levi stormed out from his office, minutes later Hange came in with a worried expression.

- He's very aggressive as of late. Don't you think? She asked and Erwin nodded.

- I can't believe someone can be so obsessed with another person.

- I can. A voice said, it was Mikasa and she seemed upset.

- Mikasa, what's wrong? Hange asked and Mikasa glared behind her.

- He threatened to kill me if I know where (Name) is and I'm keeping quiet about it, he'll probably say the same to everyone else as well. She replied and Erwin sighed.

- Maybe I should have him arrested.

- For what? (Name) cannot appear until she gives birth and we have nothing against him, his threats and temper don't count Erwin. Hange said and Mikasa seemed to think about it.

- Do you remember about those sudden deaths that occured nearly six months ago? She asked and Erwin looked at her curiously.

- You think it was him?

- I'm sure of it, the killings stopped a while after (Name) went to court, why would someone stop if there was already a person suspected. Whoever began killing those cadets didn't want her to get imprisoned.

- It's possible but we still don't have any proof. Hange said and Mikasa sighed.

- Perhaps we can conduct an investigation without Levi know, we don't have much to loose. She said and Erwin sighed.

- Then it's decided, we'll begin this tommorrow. Hange, take a look at the victims again, Mikasa you should keep a close eye on Levi at all times, if he tries anything like that we need to have a witness, also inform your friends as well. He said and both of them left after that. He turned around and looked outside his window, perhaps Mikasa's plan could work... still he'd have to make a very hard decision once again, either lock Levi away or allow him to continue with his madness. As for you, he knew that you were valuable to the army as well and if that wasn't enough, you were Bertha's daughter, he still considered Bertha a friend despite her hostile attitude, after all it wasn't all that different from back then. In the end both choises would result to disaster, so he was only left with the hope that when the time came, he'd be able to choose correctly.
