Eight months have passed in total and your pregnancy was slowly coming to an end. Mikasa and Hanji had been around a lot helping you and preparing for the upcoming arrival. From what they had told you Levi was out of control, he had been locked to his office doing his papperwork and refusing to come to meetings or even train any cadets at all. He had been going to your homeland a lot and despite his efforts to make your mother talk, Kenny Ackerman had been standing in his way. This however made him understand that your mother could give him a leading clue about your location and he had been trying to catch her when Kenny wasn't around with little success.

- Hopefully when you return he will calm down. Hanji said and you looked at Mikasa.

- So... have you found any clues yet? You have been researching for months. You said and Mikasa sighed.

- We have a few clues that place him as a suspect but all can be easily deflected. We need something more to prove that he was the one killing those cadets. She said and you sighed.

- I see.

- By the way, you seem to be expressing more emotions lately.

- Probably because I don't have my mother to turn the switch off... can't say I find my emotions usefull. You said and Mikasa frowned.

- Emotions are usefull in order to make your life better or worse, depending on your mood you can make each day different.

- Still emotions can become one's undoing. My mother had her dream destroyed because she cared for Erwin, she saved his life and instead of trying to cure her, he had her removed. You said calmly and everyone seemed taken aback by that.

- I wasn't aware. Hanji said and Mikasa nodded.

- Well, that explains a lot. She said and you sighed.

- Don't feel pity for her or me. She herself did nothing to escape her miserable condition, she gave in to her weak heart and failed as a soldier.

- And so this why she wanted you to be devoid of emotions, huh? Hanji said and you nodded. In truth when you were young you thought that your mother was a demon but as the years went by and as you began sealing away your emotions, you saw and understood why you were meant to be superior to your mother.

- Now, I think you should go... if you stay here more, someone might suspect something. You said and the two of them nodded before leaving. You locked the door and sat on the tiny bed while looking at your overgrown belly, millions of thoughts filled your mind as you began wondering what should you do. Perhaps one day, after your mother ceased to exist, you'd reveal Levi the truth about this child, or perhaps try and leave this place in search of a land without Titans... you knew that the land you were born and raised couldn't be the only place where humans lived.

Your thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door, you knew it wasn't one of the people helping you because there was a signal in the form of four knocks in a rethmic way. You took your shoes off and slowly approached, a familiar scent got your attentions... upon realizing that this person was Levi you began to wonder if he knew you were here or if he was trying to see what Mikasa and Hanji were hiding from him. The knocks became bangs when all of a sudden they stopped, sensing that this didn't mean he left you took your shoes, opened a barrel with apples and closed it, making sure that the apples covered you completely. When you heard a bang and wood breaking, you knew that he had destroyed the door and had entered the room. You could hear his footsteps and as you did so, a sudden pain coursed your body but you remained queit, you held your breath and felt Levi open the barrel but closed it almost immediately.

- Perhaps it's not that they hide something.... maybe the just don't want to be seen or heard. He murmured when another voice echoed in the room and god knows how you didn't jump off the barrel that moment.

- Levi!!! What are you doing in here and what happened to the door? Erwin said strictly but Levi did not respond, you only heard footsteps exiting the room and after a while, Erwin called you in a gentle manner. You opened the barrel and revealed yourself but as you came out you sensed something running down your leg.... blood.

- Call a doctor... quick!!! You said realizing what that meant. You were about to give birth, Erwin took you bridal style and run towards Hanji's lab, when he came in and she saw you she immediately began preparing everything with Erwin's help. They closed and locked the door.

- Okay... uh... (Name), take deep breaths and try to calm down. She said and you looked at her.

- Not to break it down to you but you're the one who needs to calm down. You said while taking deep breaths.

- Alright... (Name) push!!! She said and you gave a rather weak push... Hanji kept on repeating the same thing over and over and you kept using more force, it suprised that you didn't scream despite the pain you were feeling.

- God dammit!!! Erwin said but you didn't stop despite sensing that something wasn't right.

- (Name) you need to push harder.... we're almost there. Hanji said and you forced yourself to push harder, you did this two or three times when you saw her smile.

- Hanji? Erwin asked but she remained focused on you.

- (Name) give me one last push like that... come on!!! She said and you gruntted as you used all of your strength in that push... suddenly the cry of a baby enchoed in the room. You panted and slowly everything around you turned pitch black but you managed to hear Erwin say one thing.

- Girl!!!
