"Ice Queen", that's what you've been called from a long time ago... probably because you act and feel like one... which means that you don't feel at all. In their eyes you are a girl with a heart trapped in a block of ice, an emotionless being wand...
You stared at your sleeping daughters, their calm faces giving you a feeling of reassurance as well. The meeting with your uncles ended badly, you had stated that you never wished to see or speak to them again, the same went for your mother. All talks ended with you also stating that you would not marry Levi no matter what. Now you were laying next to Kutchel and Bertha ready to sleep.
- You really have a lot of things to worry about. Mikasa said and you sighed heavily...
- Not anymore. You replied and she looked at you confused.
- What do you mean?
- I have decided to marry Adam. The wedding will take place next week. You said coldly and Mikasa looked at you shocked.
- Isn't this a bit too fast?
- No, at least not considering what I can loose if I don't hurry up. Adam as the eldest son will receive more of the heiratge, not to mention he is much more easy to manipulate and control. He has a kind heart and will be a good fatherly figure for my daughters.
- I see, so you plan not to give your heart?
- I have given it to my daughters. They are the only ones who may use me as they please.
- Sounds weird, coming from you. She said and you smirked.
- I'll take that as a compliment.
- Still, I never imagined I'd watch something like this happen. She said as she went under the covers of her bed, you chuckled at that.
- Same for me, I never would have imagined I'd change so much as well. Nor that I'd leave such a drama.
- Well, since you've already decided we should probably let everyone else know.
- With one exception. You said and she sighed.
- Levi?
- If I want to marry, he needs to be completely unaware of what I am going to do. You said and Mikasa closed her eyes.
- True....
- Let's not speak about this any further, good night. You mumbled and blew of the candle next to your nightstand. As you closed your eyes, you vowed to marry Adam and end the madness you got yourself into.
TIME SKIP: FOUR DAYS LATER
You had been feeling pretty confident, almost everything was ready and today you'd have the last try of your wedding dress, it had been tailored for you and so today you'd have the final check ups. You entered the shop with your future mother in law and both of you were immediately taken to your usual changing room.
- There were a few details that had to be fixed, fortunately the dress is ready and has turned out to be truly beautifull. The shop owner said and brought out the dress, you smilled as you saw it. It was indeed a very beautifull dress.
THE WEDDING DRESS:

- Oh my! (Name), this is going to look incredible on you! She said and you smiled at her.
- Thank you. You said and after that you tried it on, thankfully it suited you perfectly. You looked at your reflection and chuckled. You felt weird, wearing a wedding dress... living all this...
- You know... (Name), I want to confess something. Your mother in law said and you turned to face her, she looked guilty, as if there was a great secret she was about to reveal.
- Please, go ahead. You said mildly, she gulped and spoke.
- I wasn't sure I wanted you as my daughter in law when Adam first announced that he wanted to marry you. I had only seen your cold side, one so cruel ad emotionless... it was scary and I worried about my son. She said and you smiled, taking her hand in yours. You didn't plan on loving Adam... at least not to the point where he desired, however reassuring his parents would benefit you in the future.
- I can understand it, I am a mother as well... I would have been the same if not worse. You said and she hugged you.
- Thank you. I really needed to say it... now that I see my past thoughts were wrong. She said and you chuckled.
- Then help me, help me make this a wedding to be remembered for years to come... my mother would have never agreed to help me, much less give me her blessing. So I ask that you do it instead. You said and she nodded. The two of you had a "bonding" moment, you spent quite a few hours chatting and putting the very last touches. Now all that was left to do was to wait, you had managed to convince Adam to marry you sooner, seeing as there were no problems with the preparations.
Meanwhile, Levi had been sick of killing Titans, he was sick of not seeing you. He wanted to see his daughters, he wanted to see you. However Erwin had claimed that you were also in a mission and so even if he came back, he wouldn't see you for at least a week. Why was it so hard to earn your love? Why did you have to be so stubborn? He shook his head.
- It doesn't matter. Once I return, I will ensure that my claim on her will not be questioned ever again. He said and then moved on ahead, already seeing a small pack of Titans walking around aimelessly.
