You met him a few years ago.

Your crew and you had to stop in the port of Istanbul because of the terrible storm, that was raging in that night. The sea waves were merciless to everyone, regardless of them being the dignified servants of the king or the children of anarchy, sea dogs, which were the main villains of all the children tales at that time.

You've heard quite a lot about the great Dazai Osamu, one of the most feared pirates in the whole Europe, if not the whole world. His feats and tricks were almost turned into legends and myths; some people even didn't believe that he was real because all of the stories that were told about him seemed to be too much for just one person. That's why when you heard the rumors that he was staying in Istanbul too, you were hoping to meet him simply because of curiosity, but you never showed it to anyone. After all, you didn't want to ruin your reputation of a  harsh, cold-blooded captain.

It was incredibly rare for two famous pirates to visit one pub at the same night and at the same time. However, that's what happened that day...

Oh lord...he was indeed as handsome and charming as you heard he was. That cocky smirk of his could make any woman fall for him in just a few seconds, but you weren't any woman. You let him know clearly that he got close to you only because you let him to, but Dazai didn't seem to mind that.

Perhaps, that night, the storm wasn't only raging in the seas as it was also started in your hearts. You drowned in the depth of his chocolate eyes and you didn't even want to be saved.

You were hoping, that it was mutual.

But after an unforgettable time with Dazai, he disappeared just like a ship, that sank under the water, not even letting you know a reason as to why he broke your heart to pieces.

When you heard, that there was a person overboard, you were expecting to see anyone, but him.

Your first intention was to even leave him there, but eventually, you decided to show some mercy for once and you ordered to get him out of the water and to bring him to your cabin, before leaving you two alone.

You weren't going to let this assho-this man rest though, god no. He had a little too much to be sorry about in front of you so you tied him to the chair, while he was unconscious, as you waited for him to wake up.

It didn't take too long, luckily, and in just about 30 minutes, he finally opened his eyes.

"Ohh my~ look, who's awake finally~" You cooed in a sickly-sweet voice

Dazai lifted his head, looking around and obviously trying to understand where was he.

"(Y/N)...?" He asked in a husky voice, not believing his own eyes.

"Didn't expect to see me, huh?" You asked "You just hoped to never see me again, right?"

"(Y/N), I can explain..."

Before he could finish, you pressed a sharp knife to his throat, that was almost cutting the skin on his Adam's apple, when he gulped.

"Then, you better get started." You growled at him "I'm not going to set you free until you explain me why were you almost drowning in the sea and why should I not cut your throat after everything you did to me."

He looked at you for a few seconds with a serious gaze, but apart from seriousness and maybe even cautiousness, you could clearly see sorrow. He had the look of a man, who was regretting every single thing he ever did in his life and who was now pleading for forgiveness and mercy, while standing on his knees in front of the statue of Jesus in some church.
