"Okay, let me make sure I have this right." You began, pulling yourself up onto the counter top. You had been training the team for a little under a week and so far things were going smoothly. You were connecting with everyone except Kate [Hawkeye] but that was okay because you were making progress. Unfortunately you were terrible with names so you were still trying to keep them straight.

"William or Will." You said, pointing to the boy you formally called Wiccan. The kind boy gave a gentle smile along with a nod so you could move onto the next person. "Thomas-" Speed cut you off with a wink before he spoke. "Please, call me Tommy." You giggled before pointing to Hulkling. "Theodore but you like to be called Teddy." The tall blonde nodded and you moved onto your arch nemeses.

"Kate." You practically spat, remembering when she round house kicked you in the face. "And you're name is literally America which is awesome but I'm going to call you Amy." You told Ms. America.

"No you're not." She said kindly, but serious enough for you to know she wasn't kidding. "Yeah I didn't think so... Can I call you Murica?"

"No."

"Urica?"

"No."

"Land of the free?"

"No."

"Home of the brave?"

"No."

"Well what can I call you?" You groaned, out of ideas. "Just America." She said with a genuine chuckle. "Okay." You muttered, frowning at the counter beneath you. "So what do we have on the agenda today, boss?" Will asked, using his magic to pull a water bottle into his palm.

"Actually we are doing something different today." You replied, mischievous smirk growing on your lips. The whole groups eyes went wide. "Please tell me you won't make us race each other across the island with potato sacks tied to our feet again." Teddy begged.

You let out a small laugh. "No silly, I meant we aren't going to be working out today." You explained. The five heroes shared a collective sigh of relief. "What are we doing?" Kate quickly asked, not allowing herself to relax completely.

"We are bonding! Part of being in a team is making sure we are all on good terms, we don't want Civil War happening again!" You could almost hear crickets because of how silent the room got. "Never mind, it's way before you're time." The group nodded before Tommy spoke up. "So how exactly are we going to be bonding?"

"Well I have several games we can play and different trust building exercises we can do!" You exclaimed. Although you didn't receive the enthusiasm you were hoping for. You frowned before hopping down from the counter. "Come on guys! This will be fun."

"Or it won't." Kate muttered, doing her best to ignore you as she took a seat in one of the arm chairs. "I'm actually with Kate on this one." Teddy confessed, earning a nod from the rest fo the group.

"I think what they are trying to say is that we are already a team who gets along so there isn't a need to try and make us stronger." Will explained, although somehow his voice remained soft and caring.

You raised a skeptical eyebrow and looked at them all suspiciously. "Oh yeah? If you're so close then tell me three facts about each other." The room went silent but then you noticed Will's eyes were glowing red. "No using your powers I want to know from memory." You scolded, earning a frown from the dark haired boy.

"Kate's full name is Kaitlyn." Teddy finally said. "It is not." The cold hearted teen growled. "Tommy once used Will's toothbrush to clean underneath the toilet seat rim yesterday." America muttered.

"WHAT!?" Will screeched, making every object will a two foot radius fall over at the force of his magic. "You promised you would never tell." Tommy whined through gritted teeth. The chocolate colored teen shrugged. "I needed a fact."

"What on earth did I ever do to you?!" Will cried, rubbing the end of his red cape on his tongue in hopes to clean it. "Don't even act innocent, you started this war when you filled my underpants draw with spiders!!!!" Tommy replied, although he still had a look of terror in his eyes.

"Thomas... They were p l a s t i c  spiders!" Will's eyes were beginning to glow red again but you couldn't help but smile. "Oh yeah, you guys are a great team!"

"Why are we outside, it's like a billion degrees out here?" Will asked, having to squint because it was so bright. "If you took of your cape it would less hot." Tommy commented, playing with a corner of the fabric at super speed. His brother harshly took his cape back and set it free to the mercy of the wind.

"To answer your question, we are outside because we are going to be doing a scavenger hunt!!!" You exclaimed, excitement bubbling in you eyes.

"The way it's going to work is I am going to split us up into teams and each team gets a list. Whoever collects everything on the list and brings it back to this spot and ring the victory bell." You paused to gesture at the gigantic bell hanging behind you.

"I'm assuming we are getting paired up with those we have the most trouble with?" Will stated, eyeing is brother in annoyance. "No, I don't feel like getting killed by Kate today and I'm not dumb enough to put you with your brother." You replied, causing Will a small amount of shock.

"Teddy you are with America, Will you are with Kate and Tommy is with me." You announced, earning a smirk from Tommy. "It would be my pleasure to be on a team with a beautiful pretty such as yourself." The silver haired boy cooed, using his speed to appear at your side in a gust of wind.

"By the way, we are going to beat you all." He taunted, with a 'wahca-goin-do' look on his face. The group rolled their eyes before walking away. "One more thing, you can NOT use any of your powers." You yelled, collective groan following your words.

Tommy looked at you with a soft kind of glare. "You realize I could have just won this thing for us like that right?"

"The goal is not to win, it's to grow closer." You explained, standing on your tip toes so you could come nose to nose with the boy. Tommy went to speak before an idea sparked inside his brain. "You know we don't have to tell them that I used my powers... I could just use them pretty fast and we can do other things."

You rolled your eyes and kept walking into the woods. "OR, we can follow the rules and complete this scavenger hunt like a normal person." Tommy let out an exaggerated groan. "But that's so normal."
