I Don't Wanna Break

I wince as I slide the small blade across my wrist. The blood slowly seeps out and drips down to the sink.

I didn't want to do this but I just couldn't help myself. Jesse and Niall have been driving me crazy.

For the past two weeks they've been texting me sweet little love notes or sending me flowers. They're competing with each other, trying to win my heart.

I already know which guy I'm going to choose. It's an obvious choice really. Only one of them really had my heart.

Tomorrow the band has an interview. Everyone wants to know what happened to me at the wedding. Why did I pass out? Where did I disappear to for three weeks?

Our story is that I got food poisoning and was really sick for three weeks. It's a terrible lie no one will believe but it was Jesse's idea. I guess it's better than telling the truth.

My phone rings and as I go to pick it up there's a knock at the door.

I accept the call and walk to the door.

"Hello?" I say into the phone.

"Lana. Do not answer the door." Jesse screams into the phone.

I stop my hand before I touch the knob. "What are you talking about?"

"Niall. Niall is at the door."

"Niall will not hurt me Jesse."

He sighs. "Dammit Lana. Just don't open the fucking door, okay!"

I hang up and open the door. I shouldn't have though. Jesse was right.

"Hello Mckenzie."

Harry's POV

"Lana Reed, from the new band 'The Broken', was once named Mckenzie Adams. An informer tells us her story and how this new identity came to be."

Niall appears on the screen and begins to explain what happened to Mckenzie and why she changed her identity.

This story made breaking news in minutes.

Nat sits on my lap, in our hotel room, watching in awe. Jesse called and told us what was going to happen and within minutes it was all over the tv.

Mac had ruined Niall's life, so in return he thought to ruin hers.

I know that it won't though. She too strong to just let it kill her. All this has to do is brush this of her shoulders and keep moving. I know she can.

I hope she can.

A gasp from Nat says other wise.

"Look at her wrist." She whispers.

I've already been proved wrong.

So sorry for not updating. You have no idea how busy I've been. And now that school started, updating is going to be harder.

I'm going to try to update every Wednesday. But no promises.

Btw, the concert was AMAZING!! LIKE I STILL CANT EVEN FUCKING BELIEVE IT!!!
