P.S. Reader's quirk is molecular transformation in which you can dissolve various objects and change their molecular structure. Also, I just named reader Molecular cuz of that so yeah sorry XD

"Hmm..."

Your lips skewed as you looked at yourself in the mirror of the dressing room, laying your scrutinizing stare on the lavender polka dot sweater that was resting quite uncomfortably on your torso.

You sighed, "Cute clothes just don't do it for me anymore..."

You were about halfway to pulling the garment off when you heard a thundering boom which was followed by a massive tremor underfoot. You stumbled on one of the walls to the regain your balance, then proceeded to finish changing and rushed out of the dressing room. You quickly made it to the viewing floor and watched as crowds of civilians screamed and flocked out of the store to the main mall floor, some already covered with dust and some injured.

You were confused and scared, but you sucked it up and ran towards the crowd of people, giving them directions and making sure they were ok. Just as you were helping one woman stand due to another big tremor, another huge explosion sounded almost right near where you were. You turned yourself in that direction and your heart immediately sank into your stomach. Your eyes widened as a huge mass of concrete debris flew right for your direction.

You had a split second. Just barely enough to transform a few chunks, but not all of them.

The woman behind you ran frantically as you held your hands out, a bright, colorful, swirling light emitting from your hands,

"Transfo--!!"

In an instant, your whole body twisted from the impact of the debris and your vision blurred, soon meeting with an eerily dark abyss.

The first thing you felt was a throbbing pain to your arms and head like a hammer driving a nail in the wall. Your eyes struggled to even stay open as you looked around your surroundings, you quickly noticing something was off. The scenery around you was moving, but it was apparent that you were not.

"Don't worry, miss!" a familiar booming voice sounded just above you, "I've got you!"

You turned your burning eyes to the mass of a man who was carrying you in his strong arms, his brilliant smile striking a cord within you.

You croaked, but your throat was so dry and sore that you couldn't get one word out.

"We got another one!" another voice yelled from your right, you catching a glimpse of a man in a paramedics uniform as he ran up to you and the red, white, and blue clad hero.

"How is she?" the man said as he examined your body's injuries.

"She's got some pretty bad injuries, but I think she'll be ok. I'll leave her with you professionals," the blonde said as he laid you down on a stretcher that had just arrived with a crew of three.

"Thank you, All Might," the paramedic said as they wheeled you away, your vision fading once again as you watched the beaming man grow smaller and smaller in the distance.

You flinched as you swallowed a sweet piece of orange, your throat still a bit sore from the incident from that day. You took another slice in your bandaged hands, carefully removing the icky white veins from the orange. Your hands trembled slightly as you placed the fruit in your mouth. You turned your attention to the window to your right, solemnly watching the fluffy white clouds meander across the blue sea of sky with listless intention. You somehow managed to bare a small smile as you did, the child-like part of your mind imagining the various shapes of animals that lay dormant within those cotton ball masses of cloud. It was a nice stress-reliever to say the least.
