(SUPER SHORT CHAPTER UP AHEAD! LAST CHAPTER!)
CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE
MELONIE'S POVIt's been five years since Jackson and I got married. We've had two children, Maddie and Jason. Maddie is five and Jason is three.
Derek died a few months ago after being a car crash and Meredith hasn't been the same since. I just hope she finds true love again one day. Zola is so big now, she's starting fifth grade. Meredith's and my father passed away from his drug addiction, he overdosed. I feel terrible for not feeling sorry for him.
April and Matthew now have three children together, two girls and one boy, Erica, Harper, and Hayden. Harper and Hayden are twins. April and Matthew got married and got past their issues. Let's just say, April's no longer a virgin...
Jo and Alex got engaged, and honestly, I'm happy for them. Alex obviously loves her and cares for her, and Jo seems happy. Alex and I have gotten a lot closer over the past few years and I've helped Jo plan for their wedding. They're going to have some beautiful babies.
Arizona and Callie split up, unfortunately. They were always my favorite couple, and they both raised Sophia so well. They went to court, fighting over custody for Sophia, and Arizona won, leaving Callie heartbroken. She lost her wife and her daughter all in the same month. Damn.

"Mommy, can you tell me the story again?" my daughter asked me as I was about to walk out of her room.
"Story?" I laid in bed beside her.
"You and daddy... your story," she smiled.
"Oh," I smiled, stroking her hair. "When daddy and I were just little interns at Mercy West, we were the best of friends, inseparable. Then we started working at a different hospital and made so many new friends..." I continued to tell the story, until I finished.
"I love that story," she sighed.
"I know you do," I smiled, kissing the top of her head. "I love you. Goodnight." I got up and walked out of the room, slightly closing the door.
I sat on the couch and turned on a show on the TV, eating some potato chips as well, until Jackson came home.
"Hey." He dropped his bag. "Where are the kids?"
"In bed," I replied.
Jackson took the bag from my hands before picking me up from the couch and setting me on top of him so I was straddling him.
"God, you're really horny, aren't you?" I laughed as he stroked my hair.
"You know it," he smirked.
He flipped me onto my back and basically attacked my neck with kisses as he grabbed the bottom of my shirt.
