After I got Jahseh home last night, I carried Royalty to her room, showered and then went to sleep. Now I'm in my room trying to figure out a way to tell my mom I'm gay.
I sighed as I walked into the kitchen to find my mom making coffee, " Good morning Stinker, " she smiled.
" G-good m-morning," I stuttered. Is it hot in here or is it just me. No it's most definitely hot in here.
" How was that party last night?" She asked as she looked at me like I was retarded.
" Royalty beat up Ciara because she was disrespecting Jahseh, and then we came home." I said quickly.
Why am I sweating?
" What's going on Stokeley?" She looked me, laughing, and trying to keep a straight face.
I turned away, " N-nothing." I am such a bad liar when it comes to lying to my mom I swear.
" Something. You're doing that thing you do when you're nervous." She laughed.
"IthinkImgay." I said really fast. She probably didn't even understand me.
" Slow down, kid. Say it again." She laughed.
" I think I'm gay, " I said as tears rolled down my face.
" You think or you know?"
" I know," I looked at my shoes.
" How do you know?"
" I had sex with a boy... and I liked it," I cried.
She busted out laughing and I just looked at her.
" Why are you crying?"
" Cause I'm scared," I sighed.
" Of what?"
" I don't want you to hate me."
" I already knew you were going to be gay," She laughed.
" So, you dont care?"
"Nope. As long as you're happy. And I still get to have grand babies." She smiled.
I smiled, " I'm going to go see Jahseh."
" Stokeley?"
" Yes, mom."
" Do you love that boy?" She looked real serious.
" Yeah, I really do, " I smiled.
" Treat him right, " She smiled, " Now go make my son-in-law happy." She shooed me off.
I walked next door to Jahseh's house and rung the doorbell. Mrs. Adams answered, " Oh, good morning Stokes." She smiled.
