Tease 24

I happily went to my kid who is running to welcome me from work. Niyakap ko ito kaagad at kinarga. "Hey, baby. Is Tita Meri taking care of you well? " i asked and kissed his cheek.

He smiled and his dimples appear. Ang cute talaga ng baby ko. "O-po, 'My. Tita ihs good.. po," he said and played with his fingers.

"Merri! " i called out for my long lost cousin, who happens to be Merrianne, Rusting's stalker. Can't believe too. But i just accepted it. Iisipin ko na lang na may saltik si Merri kaya niya nagawa yun. Pero okay na naman siya. Napa-rehab ko na.

Merri came out from the kitchen and smiled at me. "Atih!! Ang tagal mo. Kanina ka pa inaantay ni Vivi eh. Siguro nakipag-date ka pa. " she said and took something from the kitchen.

An idea popped on my head. "I did! His name is Rustle! " i said out loud.

My son innocently look at me. "Ras-sel? Rus~Thing? To! To! " he laughed and look at my back. "To? " he curiously ask.

Natawa ako sa paghahanap niya kay Rusting. He knows him. Pinapakita ko kasi ito tuwing nagbi-video call kami.

"He's not here, baby. I'm just teasing your Tita Merri," I said and giggled.

Napamaang na lang ang anak ko sa bilis ng pagsasalita ko. "Ah? "

Kinurot ko na lang ang pisngi nito. "Ang cute mo talaga, baby," I just said and saw Merri's wrinkled face. "Don't say badwords atih! " she said and placed foods on the table.

I laughed and sat down. Nilagay ko sa high chair ang anak ko at saka ako na ang nagsubo ng pagkain sa kaniya. "Say ah, baby," I sweetly said and he opened his mouth very big. Lagi ko kasing sinasabi sa kaniya na sayang ang foods kapag natatapon. So ayun na nga, full force siyang ngumanganga pagnakain.

"Ang galing naman ng baby ko," i said and he just made cute noises.

"Ikakasal na daw si Ate Ylai. Punta ka daw sabi ni Kuya Austine. " pukaw naman ni Merri.

"Ako lang? " i said while raising my eyebrow.

She rolled her eyes at me. "Fine, kasama ko. Pero ayoko muna. Kararating ko lang dito last 3 months tas babalik agad ako? After 2 years na," she said and crossed her arms above her chest.

"Gaya-gaya kang bakla ka. After 2 years ka din babalik? "

Proud pa siyang tumango at nag-thumbs up. "Yep. "

"Wag mo kong gayahin. " I wiped the excess saliva on my son's lips. "Baka masaktan ka lang din. " i said remembering what suffer i have felt before.

"I already did actually. "

I looked at her and saw her hurt face. I sighed and held her hair. Hinila ko ito kaya napaaray siya. "Wag kang magdrama diyan. At least, nasalba mo pa yung sarili mo. Nasaktan ka, i know. Pero at least, may chance ka pang makapagsimulang muli right? And please, don't give me the line 'i can't live without him', cause it'll make me puke. "

"Oo na! " she said and brushed her hair.

"Puk! P-yuk! " my son said.

I laughed and kissed his cheek. "I'm right 'di ba, baby? Right si Mommy 'di ba? "

He innocently laughed and giggled. "Right! R-right! Ayt! Ayt? "

Sobrang saya ko at lumaking masiyahin ang anak ko, si Anvriel Errol Dizon. My baby is almost 2 years old. And as of now, masunurin at napakabibo niyang bata. He's very thoughtful and smart. Hindi ito palaiyak tuwing pupunta ako sa work. He'll just say his 'I love you' then he'll let me go.

Sa buong dalawang taon na 'yun, sobra akong na-stress. Buti na lamang at hindi naapektuhan si Errol. I had times where i wanted to go to him because i missed him so much. I mean, the baby misses him. It's because of the hormones. I mean... Damn! Why am i even explaining?

Basta! I am happy, contented, and i can't ask for more. Cause my baby is already enough.

I opened my email. Wala lang, baka mamaya may ni-send na naman yung mga bakla at hindi ko mabasa. Matampuhin pa naman yung mga yun. Ewan ko ba. After a year, i felt like there is something changed between them. Parang may na-miss akong nangyari sa kanila.

Rose suddenly went somewhere on other country. We were happy but then she suddenly become lifeless. I don't know if its true but i kinda heard her crying before.

Mina was always going somewhere like she was hiding from someone. And Ylaina? Well she has been always open to us. Telling us that she fell for the Austine guy but eventually, the guy is inlove with Michelle who happens to be the love interest of Rusting which who my long lost cousin is inlove with. I don't wanna get involved with Rusting's love affair. I kinda hate it. Too complicated. And just a pain in the neck.
