Maybe was love
Maybe was passion
Or just a strong attraction
The thing is
You were a mere distraction
A welcomed view
That appeared in my dull life
Study, read and watch silly sitcoms
Wasn't so fun anymore
You had already caught my eye
For some time
Because
You were funny
Nice
Intelligent
Cute
And so shy
All qualities that I look for in a guy
So I thought maybe you could be the one
Thus I held on you for quite long
Because you could make me smile so easily
But honestly
Besides being so cheesy
I discovered you couldn't say equally
So I hold on the thought
That my time wasn't actually wasted
But to be fair
That is just a maybe
