"What is a prophecy?" Fallpaw questioned. Leafheart rolled her eyes and sighed. Lionpaw answered for her.
"It's sort of well, a message from Starclan. A prophecy has to be fulfilled to either be safe again or, to find out what Starclan is saying. " he explained. Leafheart nodded, proud of her apprentice.
"Oh... I get it." Fallpaw was figuring it out.
"I think it had something to do with you.Since you were there." She said carefully. Fallpaw bobbed with excitement.
"So, what does it mean?" Leafheart just shrugged her shoulders at this. "Don't tell any cat and if you get a sign, tell me." She walked off, Lionpaw trailing behind her. In camp, a crowd of huddled warriors surrounded an unknown cat. Intruder! She ran towards her brother. "What's going on?" She was worried. Foxstar explained that a kitty-pet was in camp.
"You may speak." He told the frightened kitty-pet. The cat was a dark, grey almost black, with white paws and a white belly. Darker stripes ran from his back just before his belly. His muzzle was white with a brown nose.
"My name is Stripes, I live with my house folk with my sister Bobcat and I was just taking a stroll. I didn't mean to intrude I'm sorry, just please let me go! I won't come back!" He gulped. Leafheart looked at Stripes, he was plump and out of shape. "Let him go." Leafheart stated. Foxstar was about to send an escort out with Stripes but Pounceclaw bounced. "That easily! How about we give him something to remember. " he unsheathed his claws ready to attack. Foxstar yelled "No! Birdwing please escort him back to his Twoleg den." The red she-cat guided him out of camp. Foxstar glared at Pounceclaw, daringly. That's where Plantpaw gets it from! His own mentor!
