Love halfway across the globe

"Dec.12,2013- T'was a rainy & boring afternoon,i decided to log on my facebook. Me and my ex just broke up and i really want to divert my attention after a week of staying at my room,crying and skipping meals. I said to myself this is enough, i need to move on and i do know it is a choice.I can do it. So, to keep my mind busy, i sent messages to all my online friends, hoping that someone will talk back to me and Yes!, meron nga! He is a guy, no sparks yet coz on the process pa ako sa pag move on:)

So we do had our conversation, nosebleed ako kasi english speaking ang gago and then i found out, siya pala yung guy that my Auntie introduced to me 2 years ago on fb but we never had a chance to talk before simpleng friends lang sa list sa fb, i thought he was an addict because of the way how he looks, he has long hair longer than mine, tattoo on his arms and leg too. I did judged him.

To make the long story short, we found each other talking everyday, literally everyday and everynight till we fall asleep using skype. He visited me here in Pinas last May, he stayed one week with my family and we went to Leyte to spent another week with his fam. That was the best 2 weeks of my life. May 18, 2014 we bid goodbye to each other as he need to flight back due to his work, it was the most painful and a happiest day for me.

Why painful? - we can't be together again for a long time and we didn't know yet if magkikita paba kami.

Why happiest? - Unexpectedly, he proposed to me at the airport.. I said Yes, of course my love! ( teary eyed) He promised to me that he will be come back to get me and be with him for the rest of our lives.

Now, We are approved on our US fiancee Visa!:) and soon we will be together again and hopefully get married on our first anniversary:)

PS. I'm 24 and he is 26.
Distance can be measured. Love can not. Therefore love will always overcome the distance.
