"this sleepover is gonna be great!" ela said. "eh, its with the whole class so that means boys will be with us" i say bringing my heavy bag filled with stuff i need for this "sleepover". the reason why we call it a sleepover, is because we are rehearsing at night from 7:00-9:00. long, i know. it sucks. after rehearsing we go to the place we stay at, and get settled in.
"you're right...that means we won't be able to tell secrets or talk about girl things.." bailey said slouching. "well...we can...but we just gotta keep our voices down." i said putting down my bag on the bed i'll be sleeping on for the night.
"that's a great idea!" ela says clapping. "hey! keep it down up there!" we heard a voice say. then they came upstairs. it was ethan dolan. my crush since 6th grade. "you girls are so loud" he said, leaning in the wall. "we are loud? what about you guys? we can hear you guys yelling from up here. even with your door closed!" i say crossing my arms. he was quiet. "that's what i thought" i turned back around and started unpacking my stuff. then i heard him go back downstairs.
"wow y/n! you totally beat him on that one!" ela said and i just rolled my eyes and laughed.
[9:30pm]
we all changed into our pajamas, some of us showered, brushed our teeth. we basically got ready for bed. after doing all that, the girl and i sat on my bed and we talked. "sooo...you and josh..." i asked ela and smirked.
she blushed. "we kissed..then asked me out." she said as she blushed even more, looking down. "omg, congrats!" i said. "what about you and ethan?" bailey asked, nudging my arm with her elbow.
"i don't think he likes me" i say looking down. "lies!" bailey yells. "oh come on y/n! he definitely likes you! i see the way he looks at you." ela says. "no he doesn't." i look at the both of them. "i know i like him, but he'll never like me!" i say a little bit too loud. i look at ela and bailey but they weren't looking at me. they were looking behind me.
"what are you looking-" i turn around and saw the one and only...ethan dolan. "at..." i start blushing with embarrassment. "h-how long have you been standing there?" i point at where he was standing. "long enough to hear you say you like me" i start blushing a lot and covered my face.
i'm so stupid, i'm so stupid, i'm so stupid...
then i feel my hands being removed from my face. i open my eyes, and it was ethan. "hey don't worry, i like you too" he smiles. i look at him, shocked. "really?" he nods. i smile and hug him. ela and bailey cheer. then ethan pulls away from the hug and looks at me for a little while.
he smiles then leans in and kisses me. "omg!" ela and bailey squeal and clap. i smile.
