my favorite 'date' wasn't really a date, but it was the adventure that brought us two together. me and the twins, plus cameron, were bored on a friday night at around 1 am and had decided that it was a great idea to go to target and play hide and go seek. we had split into pairs, cameron and grayson were it while ethan and i ran around the store trying to find a place to hide.

i was walking through the baby aisle, trying to find a place to hide, when a hand came out and grabbed my ankle, causing me to fall as they pulled me under the shelf. i looked up to meet the eyes of my crush, ethan.

"calling my name wouldn't have been easier?" i whispered with a small giggle, looking around at the dark and small space me and ethan were in.

"eh, i thought tripping you was fun" he winked causing me to roll my eyes at the boy.

"i hate you" i whispered back, playfully of course.

"but you love me" he shot back, a smirk playing on his face as he looked deeper into my eyes.

suddenly i started to realize how close me and ethan were, how i could almost feel his breath on my face, how my knees were touching his and his hand was now placed on my leg.

"maybe a little" i whispered with a smile, hoping it was dark enough to hide the blush on my cheeks.

"hey y/n?" he asked, causing me to turn my head and look at him. he brought his hand up to my cheek and started swiping his thumb across my cheek bone. i could feel myself getting lost in his eyes.

before i knew what was happening, we were both leaning in until our lips touched.

"I FOUND THEM!" grayson yelled, putting the sheet up only to find us two kissing.

"oh my god...CAM! COME QUICK! ITS GETTING STEAMY IN AISLE 7!" he added, running up and down the row, his hands shaking in the air with a small yelling sound coming out of his mouth. me and ethan smiled into the kiss before pulling away.

it may not have been a date, but it was the moment everything started, and it was my favorite memory of all time with him.
