"oh my gosh y/b/f!!!! i am so excited!!!" i screamed into the phone while i was talking to my best friend.
i had my curtains on my window wide open and my crush lived next door to me. it was almost midnight when the song was being released.
it was finally midnight and the single was out. i was dancing and singing along to the song when i got a text from my crush,
ethan: hey, you have really good dance moves
y/n: umm...thanks
ethan: look out your window
i saw him waving at me from inside his bedroom. i playfully smacked myself in the face.
ethan: don't smack that pretty face. btw i am coming over there to dance with you
i saw him get up and leave his room. a minute later, i heard a knock on my door. i sprinted towards the front door, opening it quickly.
"you ready to dance?" ethan asked. "please, i was born ready" i replied laughing hysterically.
we then danced all night.
