Start the music.
3rd POV
Y/N looked down at the black spike, his hands shaking, he slowly turned around to see Mal with an evil smile on his face, his weak interior showing.
Mal: do you think.....I was done! I am on my last legs.....but I'm not going without you!
Y/N was speechless, he looked at Mal with a tear in his eye.
Mal: you failed!
From no where gun shots were heard, nailing Mal right in the head, the arm he used to stab Y/N completely disappearing. Y/N looked ahead to see Ruby with a rifle. She threw the rifle to the ground and ran to Y/N, with the others following behind her.
Ruby: Y/N!
Y/N went to fall forward but Ruby caught him.
Ruby: please Y/N, don't, come on, look at me, we'll get you help!
Y/N: d-don't....there's nothing a doctor can do.....
Ruby's eyes filled with tears, Kali and the other girls saw Y/N and ran to him and went near him.
Kali: Y/N, please honey, don't!
Y/N: K-Kali.....it's alright....I-I'm sorry....it had to be like this.
Blake: Daddy.....what's going on? Why are you saying this? Please tell me!
Blake broke down immediately, Y/N put his hand on her shoulder.
Y/N: I'm sorry.....l-little one....
Yang hugged Y/N.
Yang: please.....don't.....I know what you're saying....please don't......
Yang had tears in her eyes hugging Y/N.
Y/N: it will be alright......I p-promise you....everything.....will.....be fine....Girls....I...love you...so much...you all have changed....changed me so much....
Kali: Y/N......I love you.
Kali went close, both her and Y/N kissed eachother one last time, before he fell forward, going limp and going to the ground, he had a small smile on his face with a tear in his eye.
Ruby: D-Dad......
Rose petals flew over the family as they sat by the man that helped them, the man that saved them, the man that gave them shelter and love when they needed it the most. They sat with tears in their eyes, looking at Y/N who lied lifeless on the ground. He lost so much, but he had his second chance....and he used it to the full extent, he died with no regrets.
Later.....
The girls and Kali sat in the front row, crying as it began to rain hard. Down the aisle Qrow and Ozpin holding the coffin, struggling with its weight. Raven ran up behind Qrow and helped with the coffin.
Raven: you will not be doing this alone you two....
Qrow: this is the hardest funeral I have ever attended.
The three walked the coffin to the hole and put them in. Kali stepped up and walked to Qrow and Ozpin.
Kali: thank you.....
Ozpin nodded as they put the coffin in the ground. Qrow pulled out a flask and went to drink.
Qrow: I.....can't....
Qrow threw his flask to the tree.
Raven: he was a good man Kali....he was a good friend....a good man.
Kali: thank you Raven.....
Ozpin: he was a good student, I never thought he would go....
Qrow: Kali....you're showing.
Kali looked at her stomach and smiled.
Kali: I'm glad it's happening.....
Raven: he would be proud.
Timeskip 7 months.
Blake and Ruby walked in the room with Yang following, the last few months have been difficult, but they've all been brought for happiness for the first time in a while.
Blake: what is it mommy?
Kali: it's....a girl little one.
Yang: another girl? Dad certainly has a lot of luck like that.
Ruby: hey Kali.....what will you name her?
Kali. Well.....Y/N and I always liked the name...Nora.
