~time skip about 4 years~
Max's POV
Today is my first day at Degrassi! I'm going into 9th grade. Moms really scared she is about to talk to me about it,
"Ok, so Max, I just want you to know that I met your father during my freshmen year at Degrassi..." Mom said sitting down with dad
"I know mom"
"Well I just want you to know that, if you meet a girl that you really like today, be careful...i don't want you to fall in love to quickly, I don't want you to be like me. and if you get to overwhelmed, call one of us...i don't need you turning into your father." mom said looking away
"Mom, I'm fine, I need to go now." I said standing up
"Ok, have a good day, I love you!" mom yelled
"Yeah I love you too!" I said walking out the door
Maya's POV
I just let my little boy go off to possibly the worst school ever. Miles noticed that I was leaning against the island in the kitchen, thinking.
"Maya he's gonna be fine." He said rubbing my arm
"I know, it's just that...i met his father there. I thought he was the love of my life...i didn't know he was crazy back then."
"Well think about everything that happened in high school." he said
"You mean meeting who I thought was the love of my life then he killed himself, then I slept with one of my best friends, but through it all, I met you in the end." I said putting my arms around his neck
Just then my little baby Charlotte came running in, still in her pink and green polka dot pajamas.
"Hey sweetie!" I said leaning down to her
"Hi mommy!" she said hugging me
When she let go, I put her in her chair.
At least I still have my 4 other children to keep away from Degrassi....for now at least.
