Maya POV

It's been a month since Miles and I got married and I'm just getting so frustrated, Miles doesn't help with anything anymore and he's always at work I'm getting sick of it.

"Miles can you get your ass of that couch and get the hell off your phone!" I yelled

"Baby calm down!" Miles said still not getting up

I stormed over to the couch and grabbed his phone

"Hey! baby!" Miles said standing up

"Don't 'hey! baby!' me Miles! your not helping me! I want help!"

"I am helping you!"

"No your not! all you do is play on your stupid phone!"

"It's business!"

"Oh really then who's this"

I showed him the phone with a message from a girl named 'Haley'

"Haley is my assistant she's helping me!"

"Helping you do what? helping you have an affair?"

"Maya are you serious I'm not having an affair I love you!"

"Your lying Miles I know it!"

It happened just like that...he hit me. he slapped me across the face.

"Oh shit Maya I'm so sorry!" Miles said trying to touch my face

"D-don't touch me!"

"Maya please don't be like that!"

"Screw you Miles! how dare you treat me like shit! I thought you loved me!"

"I do love you, so much Maya"

"Your not showing it especially after you just slapped me! I'm leaving Miles, I'm taking the kids and I'm leaving!"

"No Maya please don't leave me I love you! don't take my kids away from me! Maya I need you this happens all the time! we fight, then we make up and sleep together like always!"

"I just need time Miles. I'm going home to my parents."

I left. I took the kids and left.

I never thought that the love of my life would abuse me, but then again, all my romances end badly but this one wasn't different, it ended the same way.

I'm pregnant.
