I don't know if I've mentioned this in previous chapters, but here we go!
There are spoilers, but I am not following the series precisely since I don't find the point in writing the exact same plot that already exists, also, it won't work with what I have in mind. Just so there won't be any confusion about stuff that's not in the series and timelines not matching. :)

"When are we going to get there?!" Kilia complained while kicking at the ground.
"Jeez, it'll take a little longer, now shut up!" Jericho sighed while walking ahead. "I swear you are such a brat."
"Then why did you let me go with you?" she pouted while keeping her hands in her pockets.
"I can't just leave a kid alone, now can I?" she sighed. Not admitting that she also was curious about the strangely dressed child and her odd request to 'call' her parents by some unknown device she had mentioned. Is this girl psychic? Well, something was going on with her head, that's for sure.
"Besides..." she continued. "You remind me of someone who disappeared a few months ago."
"Who?" Kilia asked, now running up to her.
"I don't think you'd know him. He and his friends just vanished." she sighed. "No one knows what happened to them."
The child rolled her eyes. "I didn't ask you if I knew them or not, I asked 'who', you stupid beet-head." she huffed.
"Excuse me?"
"You know." she pointed at Jerichos hair. "Cause of the purple."
"Well what about you?!" she glared while pointing back.
"Beautiful.~" Kilia grinned, showing off her canines, and Jericho froze for a moment.
"Jeez, you really do look a lot like him."
"Oh, so it's a 'he' now? Is he your boyfriend?" she snickered.
Jericho blushed madly. "W-What?! Don't be stupid! And why are you even saying that?! What are you, six?!"
"I'm seven, excuse you!" she huffed before skipping ahead. "So is he your boyfriend or not?"
She sighed. "No. He's already in love with someone and... Well, they're not exactly the couple anyone or anything can get in between."
Kilia thought for a moment before breaking out in a smile. "Sounds like my mama and papa. They're like that." she jumped around proudly while they walked. "We're on our way to save her now!"
"We?"
"Yeah! My uncles, my aunts, and my siblings! And Sergeant Snuggler of course!" she giggled.
"Siblings?"
"Yeah! My brother and sister, we're triplets!"
"Oh, dear Godessess there's three of you?" the adult sighed. "Wait, what kind of a name is Sergeant Snuggler?"
"Well that's obviously not his real name, silly beet." she sighed dramatically. "He's our talking pet pig Hawk."
Jericho stopped in her tracks, causing the child to look back curiously.
"Kilia, who exactly are your parents?"
The girls eyes widened before she ran off.
"O-Oi! Kid!" Jericho yelled before turning around and watched her run towards a group of people who were assaulting a cloaked figure.
