"WHY do you look upset?" Mimi asked. "Aren't you happy that I'm finally here again?"

"Of course, I'm happy."

"So what's the matter?" she asked me excitingly with her british accent.

"It's LG's wedding tomorrow."

"So?"

"I might see him there."

"Who?" nainis ako nung tinanong pa n'ya kung sino. Sinipa ko s'ya bahagya sa paa n'ya tsaka lang s'ya na-enlighten sa tinutukoy ko.

"So? I thought you two were okay before you parted." she said. Well I thought too. "You even had sex with him-"

"Shut up." I rolled my eyes. "Three years ago's different from today." I added.

"Well, sex in the car was not bad."

Tinitigan ko s'ya ng masama. Nag-peace sign s'ya sa akin habang nakangisi pa rin.

Bigla na naman akong naguluhan. Nakalimutan ko na s'ya. Pero ngayong pakiramdam ko na magkikita kami, bigla na namang naiba ang ihip ng hangin.

Tinitigan ko s'ya nang masama.

Para bang connected sya sa akin psychologically. Noong mga panahong durog na durog ako, nahanap ko yung sarili ko sa bahay nya.

Alas otso na ng gabi. Kumuha na ako ng basahan para mapunasan 'yung mga furnitures sa buong bahay.
