AMANDA POV
Marissa gets to find out the gender if the baby today! Hopefully Maddie and I will be able to come too. Right now Demi's at an interview and marissas in her room relaxing. The appointment isn't until this afternoon.
I decided I should ask marissa if we can come now. I walk to Demi and marissas room and knock on the door.
"Come in" marissa calls
I walk in and sit on the bed.
"So um I was wondering if Maddie and I could come to the appointment today" I ask
"I don't care but ask Demi" marissa replies
"Thanks" I smile
I go look for maddie and find her in her aerial room.
"I talked to marissa" I say
"What did she say?" Maddie asks
"She doesn't care but we have to ask Demi" I tell Maddie
"Okay" Maddie replies
I go next door and start playing some songs on the piano. No songs have really come to mind they're just flowing and coming out. A mix of skyscraper and warrior fills the air.
I hear the front door open and Demi's laugh fill the house. I run downstairs and hug her.
"Well hello to you too" she laughs
"Can Maddie and I pretty please come with you to find out what marissas having?" I ask
"Of course" Demi smiles "and don't bat your eyelashes weirdo"
"Yay" I smile
I run upstairs to tell Maddie we can go then make myself look presentable.
"Girls are you ready?" Demi calls
"Yeah" I call back
I run down the stairs and Maddie soon follows. We get in the car and head to the doctors office.
"I'm betting on a girl" Maddie announces
"I'm betting on a boy" I say
"Were with maddie" marissa says
"Well we'll see" I smile
We pull up and Demi parks the car. We all get out and head inside. After signing in we sit in the waiting room.
"Marissa lovato" the doctor calls
We all follow the doctor into the room. Marissa gets on the bed and we sit in the chairs next to the bed. This jelly like stuff is squirted on her stomach and the baby shows up on the screen.
The doctor points out the different body parts and then stops.
"Do you all want to know the gender?" She asks
"Yes" marissa says
The doctor continues moving the thing around then stops again.
"Is that a weiner?" Maddie asks
We all start laughing and Maddie goes red.
"Yes it is" the doctor smiles
"Yes! Ha! I knew it would be a boy!" I cheer
The doctor prints pictures of the baby and wipes the jelly off of marissa. We take the pictures and head home.
Now we have to start getting stuff and come up with a name!
