I can't believe Mom gave me the sex talk... That was so weird. At least i know i'll be in a lot of trouble if i have sex.

Marissa's coming home today! Tristans room is in the middle of mine and Demi's. Maddies is across from mine so there will always be someone nearbye if Tristan starts crying.

As i watch a movie in my room i hear the front door open. I run downstairs and grab Tristans carseat. He looke so peaceful laying there asleep but i get him out. Demi comes to sit next to me as i cuddle him.

"you really love your brother don't you" Demi asks

"yeah" i smile

"i'm glad" Demi says

Demi went to leave the room but i stopped her.

"hey mom" i say

"yeah" she says

"you're two years clean today, congratulations" i tell her

"thanks baby girl" Demi smiles

"welcome" i smile

Demi leaves the room and i go find marissa.

"Hey Mar" i say

"yeah?" she says

"can we take mom out to dinner or something for her two years sober?" i ask

"definitely!" Marissa says "and can i have my baby?"

I pout as i hand Tristan over to Marissa. I walk to my room and put music on. I change into something nice then put music on.

"Hey Amanda, are you ready?" Marissa asks

"yeah lets go" i say

We pile into the car and Marissa starts driving. Marissa pulls into a parking lot to a really fancy restauraunt. When we get inside we order our food and wait. After a while we get dessert and i decide to recite the speech i thought of.

"mom i've only personally known you for a little less than a year and boy has it been interesting but anyway within that time i've seen you struggle but you stayed strong every time and i couldn't be more proud of you. i've supported you since 2008 and i'll keep supporting you until the end. you're an inspiration to many i love you so much mommy and happy birthday"

I look over at Demi and shes crying. I get up and go hug her. She pulls me on her lap and cuddles me.

"thank you so much baby girl that means so much" she whispers

"anything for you" i smile

We finish up and head home. I can't even describle how proud of mom i am.
