We're back home from New York and as fun as it was I'm glad to be home.
"Hey dem can I go out for a bit?" I ask
"Yeah be back by 10:30" Demi says
"Thanks" I reply
"No problem be safe" Demi says
"I will" I say then leave
I got in my car and drove to a night club, Yes I'm 16 but fake id's work in my favor. When I got there I immediately got a beer. After about three beers I got drunk.
"Hey sexy come with me" a man says
"No thanks" I reply and start to walk away
"Aww come on you know you want to hang out" he replies with a smirk on his face
"Look dude I may be drunk but I'm not stupid. Im not having sex with you so back off" I say
I decide that was a close call leave. I got in my car and drove away. Bad move, The next thing I know I see headlights coming at me and I heard a crash before everything blacks out.
A while later I opened my eyes to really bright lights and immediately shut them. I realize I'm in the hospital and slowly open my eyes. I looked over to demi, who has a tear stained face and a look of hurt and anger staring into space.
"Demi" I whisper
Demi jumped then looked over at me
"Amanda baby girl how are you feeling?" She asks
"Sore" I say
"Medicine should be kicking in soon, I'm so glad you're okay" Demi says
"Me too" I say "and I'm sorry for going to the club and getting drunk then deciding to drive. That was really stupid of me"
"I accept your apology and you are forgiven well talk about that more later right now we need to focus on getting you better" Demi says
"Oh good your awake" a nurse says walking in my room "how are you feeling?"
"Sore" I reply
"We gave you some medicine so you'll start to feel better. you're free to go home but take it easy" the nurse smiles then leaves
Demi helps me out of the bed and we make our way down to the car. The car ride was silent until I finally decided to speak up.
"Demi I already know I'm in trouble so can you just tell me my punishment?" I ask
"Honestly I don't know what I want to do with you yet" Demi replies
When we get home I go up to my room and lay on my bed. I'm most likely going to be grounded so I gather my electronics and put them in a bag for Demi.
"Amanda" Demi says
"Yup?" I reply
"I'll give you the options you pick" Demi says coming in my room.
"Okay" I reply
Demi sat on my bed and gave me the options
"You can either be grounded for two months or the belt"
"Wait so my belt will be grounded? I'll go with that" I say in a smart ass tone then laugh
"I don't think you're in the best position to be a smart ass" Demi says seriously
"Sorry" I mumble "use the belt"
"You sure?" Demi asks
"Will I get to keep my phone?" I ask
