i try to make a run for it but before i make it to the stairs demi and marissa catch me.
"go sit" Demi demands
i go sit on the couch and wait for Demi and Marissa to start yelling at me.
"so how'd it go?" demi asks
"it was great" i smile
"what did you guys talk about?" marissa asks
"a lot of different things" i reply
"so why were you late?" demi asks
"lost track of time" i say
"don't let it happen again or you'll be in trouble" marissa says
"okay" i say
i go up to my room and change. i can't help but be surprised that i'm not being punished. As i get ready for bed i try letting it go but i'm so curious. i decide to go ask demi why. i walk to her bedroom and knock.
"come in" she calls
"can i talk to you?" i ask as i walk in
"of course" she smiles
"i'm confused" i say
"how come?" she asks
"i expected to be in trouble when i got home but im not" i say
"it was your first date and as the gentleman he should've kept track of time so as long as it doesn't happen again you won't be punished" demi explains
"oh okay" i say
"is that it?" demi asks
"yup" i reply
i say goodnight to Demi and go back to my room.
MADDIE P.O.V.
At aerial practice yesterday we got a new aerialist. Her name is Alaina. As soon as i saw her for the first time i felt something. Kind of like i needed to get to know her. A connection of some sort. I'm starting to rethink my sexual preferences. i always thought i was straight but now i'm not so sure.
Demi POV
Marissa has been acting weird lately. This baby is really messing with her. One minute shes fine and the next shes in pain. I'm planning on taking her to the hospital in the morning so hopefully the night will go smoothly.
