During Graduation I started to feel a little sick, not too sick but enough to make me pay attention. This went on into today. I threw up this morning and I also didn't get my period. I don't want to think I'm pregnant because I'm not even supposed to have sex for another week, but you know I just had to break that rule. I don't want to jump to conclusions so I'm waiting out today before getting a test.
"Amanda" Demi says
"Yeah?" I say
"Dallas and Bailey are here" she tells me
I go downstairs and say hi, bailey follows me back upstairs. We hang out for a while but get interrupted a few times because I keep getting sick.
"are you okay?" Bailey asks
"Yeah" I say "wanna watch a movie?"
"Sure" she says
We pick My sisters keeper, I put it and we wrap ourselves in blankets. As we watch the movie I start to think. All of the symptoms I'm having now are the same as when I found out I was pregnant before. No period, morning sickness, tender/sore breasts... All of it is present. I go in the bathroom and get a pregnancy test from the cubbard. After peeing on the stick I wait for the result. My timer goes off and I look at the stick.
Positive. Pregnant. I'm pregnant again. I break down into tears and throw the stuff away. Bailey knocks on the door, obviously concerned.
"Amanda, you okay?" She asks
"Get Dallas" I tell her. I hear her run out of the room and minutes later Dallas is knocking on the door.
"it's unlocked" I tell her
She comes in and pulls me into a hug. "What happened?" She asks.
"Bailey go hang out with Madison I need to talk to Dallas alone" I say
Bailey leaves the room and I shut my door. Dallas sits on my bed and I sit next to her.
"The other night Devan stayed the night and after a while things got heated, we went all the way and I swear we used protection but I have the symptoms so I took a test and I'm um pregnant again" I explain
"You're sure you used protection?" Dallas asks
"I put the condom on him" I say "do you think it broke?"
"That has to be it" Dallas says
"I just can't believe it" I say
"You'll be okay, just make sure you tell Demi alright" she says
"I will" I say
Dallas decides to head home once she's calmed me down. Maddie and I are hanging out now, I just told her the news.
"I can't believe it" she says
"Me either" I say
"Does Demi know yet?" She asks
"No I'll tell her tomorrow" I say
"Ahh" Maddie says
Gracie Wakes up from her nap and Maddie goes to play with Tristan. This leaves me alone thinking about how I'll tell Demi and Marissa the news.
