The past few days have not been good for me at all. My behavior needs to change but it seems like trouble finds me. On a good note, i finally called Demi mom and meant it.
My phone buzzes so i look down to see a text from someone i haven't talked to in a while.
Haley: Hey Amanda i hope this isn't awkward but um i was wondering if you wanted to hang out since we haven't talked since school
Amanda: sure! i have to ask Dem first though
Haley: okay let me know
Amanda: okay hang on
"mom" i call
"yeah?" demi says
"can i hang out with Haley?" i ask
"as long as you behave yourself" demi says
"i will, thanks" i smile
Amanda: Hey Haley Dem said yeah
Haley: awesome, meet me at starbucks?
Amanda: sure, see ya in 20!
I get ready and grab my keys
"i'm leaving" i yell
Starbucks is about 5 minutes away so i drive over and go inside.
"Amanda over here" Haley calls
"hey" i say as i sit down
"hows life?" haley asks
"with Demi, its been unpredictable" i laugh
Haley laughs then we go get some food and coffees.
We hung out for a while then i decided to head home. i'm trying to show demi i can behave and be responsible.
When i get home i head to my room but stop in my tracks when i see demi.
"what did you do to your hair?" i ask
"shaved part of it" Demi says
"yeah i see that but why?" i ask
"a change" demi says
"its a good thing you can pull anything off" i say
demi laughs and i go up to my room. On the way i hear Maddie crying.
"Mad" i say as i knock on her door
"come in" she sobs
"whats wrong?" i ask
"i'm just so confused" Maddie tells me
"about what?" i ask
"whether i like girls or guys and whats acceptable" maddie explains
"Madison you can like whoever you want whether its a girl or guy" i tell her
"but if i were to choose a girl wouldnt people be against that?" maddie asks
"who cares if they are or not what matters is friends and family but most of all yourself" i say
"what is your opinion?" maddie asks
"you can date whoever you know i dont care i mean im the one got mar and dem together" i say
"good point" maddie says
"whats your thoughts?" i ask
"well theres a girl in my aerial class i like" maddie says
"then get to know her then go after her" i say
