A bunch of us are coming together this afternoon to start the wedding planning process. We just have to wait for Devan to wake up so we know if he's helping or not.
"Morning" He says groggily says he walks downstairs
"Morning" I giggle
I get him some coffee and make us breakfast. After eating he decides to head home. As soon as he's out the door I text Dianna letting her know to come whenever. She said she'd come with Gracie and Tristan in an hour. I told everyone else to come in an hour and a half. By the time I'm showered and dressed Dianna gets here.
"She's been a little fussy this morning" Dianna tells me as she hands Gracie over
"She's probably ready to be home" I say "want some coffee?" I ask as I pour myself a cup
"Sure" she says
I hand her a coffee just as Demi and Marissa get home.
"Hi momma, rissa" I say
"Hey kiddo, mom" mom says
"Hey guys" Dallas says as she walks in
"Hey Dal" we say
Maddie shows up next so she and Bailey go upstairs.
"So time to plan a wedding?" Marissa asks
"First step, roles" I say
"What are you thinking?" Dallas asks
"I want Rae to be the flower girl along with Gracie so I'm thinking Rae can push Gracie in a stroller and then Tristan and Ry are the ring barers" I suggest
"Sounds like a plan" Demi says
"Cool" I say
"What do you want to do for bridesmaids and groomsmen?" Dianna asks
"Maddie, Bailey, and Dallas for bridesmaids" I say "as for groomsmen, I'm not sure if Collins will be the only one or not"
"Okay, and the wedding and reception will be held here?" Dallas asks
"Yep" I say
"We already know what we're doing for the reception, do you have a list of guests?" Demi asks
"Yep" I say "I have Devans mom, dad, Collins, Dianna, Eddie, Maddie, Dallas, Marissa, you, bailey, Bea, Esther, Georgia, hilery, Kim, Haley, tori, Tristan, Gracie, Raelynn, Ryan, and Angela"
"That's everyone?" Dianna asks
"So far" I say "I want to keep it small anyway because paparazzi will catch on if too many people show up"
"Very true" Demi says
"Amanda" Maddie says as she walks downstairs
"What's up?" I say
"Gracie won't stop crying, I can't figure out what's wrong" she says
"I'll be up in just a sec" I tell her. She goes upstairs and I call the meeting to a close. Dianna and Dallas head out and I go up to see what's up. Of course she just wanted me. As I sit here with Gracie I can't help but think about my future.
